- The time has come to take you for a ride in the 300 dollars honda civic project. A short drive but worth it for sure. Things to replace, exhaust, it's too loud. From where it's been to what it become is day and night. I'm happy, proud of what it is and I am already ready for some additional modifications.

I am (in fact most of the long time subscribers are, I believe) glad you didn't give up on this project! You did a fantastic job and you literally earned to enjoy your rides in this car!
Second that, congrats indeed!
Congrats glad to see this thing rippin, I can appreciate the time you put into this and filming it at the same time, not easy
Love the grunt and sound of the H.
Bad ass car, can’t wait until my h22 swapped Eg is running 💯💯
We real genius with this combo light chassis and great vtec torque and power stock we’re talking 140 torque and 200 hrspr
Super stoked for you bud! And 14k ayeee!
Glad to see people finally using the h22. No one in the Honda community knew what it was back when I was racing. 01 base prelude black standard. Damn I miss that car..
Cool to finally see this project on the road! Your paint videos gave me the confidence to paint my own Civic. Thanks.
I had the very same problem with the fan, it was a fan switch on the block behind the intake mani on a b16. took ages to figure out why, but i was using a dc2 long rad with aircon delete. and i was using a wire to cross the two fuse pins in the fuse box to keep it on constantly.
Kudos man
Exhaust sounds awesome
Congrats ! Remember to enjoy it.
Lost ur channel for a while searched specivic forgotten garage part. Love ur videos. Like how meticulous you are. I would do it the same. Trying to get into working on the car my d17 needs a rebuild or replace. The 7th gens are unloved though. Not much aftermarket support. Dont have the wallet for a K series. Frustrating.
Keep doing what ur doing. Subscribed!
Totally right on finding a shell. EK hatch's are goin up in value, even a shitty shell is minimum $1k.
Looks good, you have motivated me just been working on my ek
Coolest headliner I have even seen. Can you share where you got it? :)
Congrats on passing. Now burnouts everywhere!
Try driving with both hands on the wheel... Youll find you have much more control and you can go around corners faster. Nice build btw!
I just jumped my fan too... and mine is nasty loud exhaust came on the shell
Would like to see updates on this civic!!
Looking good
That thing is beast do more in car videos of you driving
congrats on you new Civic!
Thanks man
@@GarageSpeCivic it’s an amazing build. I can’t wait to see what’s next!
@@pkthe2ndhokage188 you will see soon for what I have in store. 2021 will be a good year for the civic
@@GarageSpeCivic will be watching, need some inspiration while i finish my H Ek, btw if the fan doesnt engage, had that trouble but had a pal fix it in the hondata, changed to like once the engine get to 75⁰ if im not mistaken
Finally🙏🙏🙏 are you running with out a cat? Honesty I like the sound of the cars
Thats wicked, hope we can tandem this summer as im in Ontario as well. Quick q, did you have to bang back the firewall?
Dope car bro
Thanks
This fucking civic is fresh as fuck 🙌🔥😍
Thanks bro
Damn surprised it fit in that tiny car
Most likely a bad fan switch, typical on hondas
I’d recommend the Apexi Ws2 new or used. Best sound or a 1320 axle back.
Custom 3 inch with 3inch muffler is best. H needs to breathe!

Awesome build man, if you ever want to sell let me know
ill let you know if the day ever comes
Very nice. About the fan, is the thermostat always open?
Always open
What radiator hoses and heater hoses did you use???
can you add AC to that swap? Lol asking for a friend
Yes you can, there is room for it, it's been done before.
How did the flux core hold up on the quarters? Good I hope!!
No signs of cracking, no rust, still strong, looking perfect
I have the same civic, and I might try this out. Where did you get your tires and rims? I’m from Ontario, Canada
Imageinmotion for the wheels and found my tires used locally
@@GarageSpeCivic amazing, I will check them out
Did you ever figure out why the fan wasn’t working without the paper clip? Having the same issue with mine.
Not yet, I did buy a new thermostat switch sensor. Haven't installed it yet, car has been sitting all winter, I will have some videos soon as I'm pulling the engine and focusing on a engine rebuild
I had the problem with mine.
Change the thermostat and you’re sorted.
I to had to short circuit the fuse with wire to make the radiator kick in.
Where can we buy this?
Its turbo time
No such thing as a exhaust that’s too loud for someone who likes to go fast.
I’m over here wanting to get a hood exit to get that real car experience.
Btw you finished this in time for the NHL season. 👍
Did u use any hondata to tune it?
Nothing yet, but eventually it is the plan
Dude, is that Mill Rd? haha
That it is, haha
Ahah great road to test on! Cars looking awesome and sounds great too, amazing work man!

Hello good, I follow your project from the beginning I am from Spain and I am doing the same swap that you wanted to know if you have Instagram to follow you and very cool car by the way
a little loud? lol
too loud, not a fan of the sound. Its changing over the winter.
So glad Ohio doesn’t have those democrat inspections
