Got it from the AOM facility in Bangalore, i guess you can source it from RE ASC as well.

What suspension setting did you have while riding with pillion? Was it low down or high up?
with pillion i go with 2 steps away from the softest settings
Hello sir,at what suspension setting does the nitrox suspension comes up ....is it initially set at 3 rd setting ( mid setting) and at what setting do you ride sir with and without pillion.
I keep it at the 2nd step away from the softest side with pillion it may bottom out in certain speed breaks but it ride will be a little softer. I can't give you exact settings because your body weight is not the same as mine. Try out all possible combinations and eventually you will know your sweet spot

Hi bro, the nitrox suspension will touch the chain cover right. What did you do for that?
Yes it's tricky. So the technician took out the chain cover and slowly carefully bent the area where it was touching the chain. It's a delicate job and should be done carefully.
hey arko m buying meteor 350 supernova blue. my daily total commute will be around 65 km for 5 days a week. can u suggest some tips to maintain my bike and also should I switch to nitrox suspension?

yes for you swapping the suspension makes sense. For maintaining its straight forward, warm up the bike everyday before first use, lube the chain after every 500 kms. Timely service of engine that's all you need.

Hi there,
Post the first service and 3 to 4 thousand kilometres the noise should settle down. This is normal if your bike is performing normally. Initially even I was also worried but eventually the sound went down also after 3rd service i used fully synthetic motul engine oil.
But just for your mental peace I would recommend visiting the nearest RE service center.
@@ridewitharko thank you sir for replying..in first service, service center technician skipped the tappet inspection &adjustment process and said TAPPET sound is ok no required to open ..the sound is normal . Is it ok?
Yes all 350 cc has that distinctive tick tick sounds but nothing to worry it will go away eventually, J series engine doesn't have the old re tapped setup . It has been integrated with the valve.

First service kit with rubber gasket for engine top cover ...and technician skipped the tappet inspection work hence no use of gasket. Still they charge full amount .in my case total bill was 1743 rupees (930 kit+ 640 oil+ rest chain lubing) .
Please get it sorted with the respective ASC manager

At 80 90 kmph on highway 37kmpl in city 35ish kmpl
How is the performance of the windshield? Any reduction in the windblast?
Performance is decent according to my height (5 10), it reduces the wind blast and deflects the air over my shoulder.

Also same with hunter 350 RE did worst mistake again with hunter suspension i don't why

It doesn't matter where you setup the preload. The ride quality is not soft when I need it. I have tried everything. It didn't work for me in 8+ hrs of rides. I was sceptical about the nitrox suspension as well. But you will only know the ride quality once you swap. It's amazing and gives more adjustments than stock plus.
