Am sa încerc maine sa schimb garnitur aia de gura si sa pun alta un pic mai mica in diametru, ceva gen camera de bicicleta. Am vazut ca unui au facut asa. Cam ce recomanzi?

@@ClaudeTube Thank you Claude. I did this job today, although I decided not to remove the inlet manifold top. I don't think it had ever been done, 85k engine. I know the improvement is going to be significant.
@@palmer6933 I think you mean TFR (traffic film remover). In the UK that stuff has been watered down (or rather the chemicals in it have been changed to make it safer or more environmentally friendly). It can barely clean bodywork now, let alone remove caked up carbon and oil from intakes.

Salut. Multumesc pentru apreciere. Motoarele de 1.7 sunt ok ele ca motoare insa, au foarte mari probleme cu regulatoarele de presiune, mai au probleme cu injectoarele (insa nu mai mult fata de alte marci). Astra J mai are probleme si cu celebra cutie M32 care se pare ca nu este bine proiectata pentru acest motor, probleme mai sunt si pe partea de caroserie unde usile ruginesc in partea de jos pe partea dinspre interior. Mai sunt ceva problemute si pe la suspensie (nu mari). Una peste alta, am avut Astra J dar nu mi-as mai lua.
Inquadri per un sacco di tempo il pezzo smontato, ma non fai vedere come lo smonti, non spieghi che prodotti usi o i procedimenti, ti pesa così tanto parlare? Video pessimi per questo motivo.

@@ClaudeTube spoke to a local mechanic and he said it isn't exactly needed, as it has a metal gasket, I've cleaned and refitted the egr anyhow and fixed majority of my issues, also done the MAP sensor
Hi, great video. I've got a vauxhall estate (astra j) 1.7 diesel 13 plate. Had an issue where i lost all power, car still drives but extrelemy slow, no high revs. The garage replaced fuel filter and done diagnostic check. Had the codes P0088 fuel rail high pressure and P0089 fuel pressure regulator performance. They are now suggesting to change the fuel pump but are insisting the timing belt will need changing. Do you think everything may just require a clean like you've done in this demonstration? Any advice would be appreciated.
I just bought a 2010 1.7cdti it losses power at times and the yellow spaner and car lights up. Turn engine off and on then power is back. Im going to clean my egr and boost sensor. If boost sensor clogged with hard carbon it will effect the power.
@@freelife8178 did you find out what the issue was? I am having a similar issue when the engine is cold, after a couple of minutes driving it loses most of its power and has difficulties revving. Restarting the car resolves the issue and it never comes back. Greatly appreciated!
Oven cleaner is the best for intake manifold Egr valves it foes clean effortlessly been using it over the years

Il faut retirer le bouchon de remplissage d'huile avant 😉 et tirer, ça vient tout seul.
