- Salutare prieteni. Daca aveti fluctuatii la relantiul Astrelor voaste, puteti incerca curatarea acestei valve SCV. In functie de uzura ei, operatia va fi un succes sau nu. Daca pistonasul valvei este prea uzat, atunci rezultatul nu va fi satisfacator.
Atentie ! -
1. Nu umblati la arculetul pistonasului, in sensul sa-l mai intindeti.
2. Dupa curatare, regulatorul trebuie readaptat!

Multumesc mult! A rezolvat problema la Corsa D. Nu a fost nevoie de reinvatare, probabil datorita faptului ca n-am depus atat de mult efort la curatarea cilindrului. Mai multa munca am depus sa ajung la valva. La Corsa e inghesuit rau motorul.
Cu placere. Ma bucur ca ai reusit. Este totusi o solutie temporara. Daca acel cilindru are uzura mare, vechile simptome vor aparea destul de repede.

How do you get 6.4 l per 100km with 1.7 cdti 125hp? Cuz mine only gets like 8.2 on the lowest and I try to get it lower

Incerc si eu aceeasi procedură insa după desfacerea suruburilor si demufare nu reușesc sa il misc din loc. Parcă e blocat. Vreo idee de cum ași putea proceda. Mulțumesc!

Compre un opel astra 2010 y venia con los mismos síntomas o incluso peor y gracias ati pude solucionarlo ojo que no soy mecánico ni nada solo seguía tus pasos pero no exactamente igual use una lija 2000 y papel de cocina e gastado como 5 euros y a quedado de maravilla se siente y corre mucho mejor y el motor se escucha mucho más tranquilo no ise la regeneración ni nada pero me da el mismo consumo que ati una ves que lo e echo espero dure mil grasias desde zaragoza España.

Salut. Ai rezolvat? Posibil sa-ti necesite adaptarea valvei dupa ce a fost curatata. Este bine sa ai un scanner Delphi la indemana.

My normal idle is 0.9l/h. After i drive on the motorway and the engine is hot it falls to 0.4l/h with bad idle. Is it because of this valve?

Multumesc pt video , am o problema asemanatoare , relantiul este ok , am fost la diagnoza si imi da overpressure , dupa ce schimb uleiul , nivel corect dupa 1000km nivelul creste , ceea ce imi spune ca o parte din motorina postinjectie pt curatarea DPF ajunge in baia de ulei , uneori imi apare DPF infundat in bord , dar la fiecare diagnoza dupa ce isi face regenerare pare ok ca si nivel de flow !? e adevarat masina face drumuri scurte !

Hello from Bulgaria I have this problem but I have a question . I drive the 2010 Opel astra j . I changed the oil 2 times in the last 4 000 kilometers and my " remaining oil life " drops dramatically fast . Can some one tell me if this is related to the Fuel pump regulator from this video or something else . If it's bad just tell me to sell the car . Thank you so much .
good morning, I have a 2023 Opel Astra diesel. It gives me the same problem. They changed the common rail sensor but I've done a few km and it gives me the same problem and it tells me that there is little voltage. What could it be? Thank you

La mine a trebuit reinvatat.
I have the same issue, but all of a sudden my car went into limp mode and it did not want to exit it. I took my car to the mechanic, he connected it on diagnostics and fuel pressure valve popped up. He programmed it again, but my car randomly enters limp mode while driving, so I just turn engine off and on and it works again. He ordered new valve and he will change it in a few days. A bit of a problem is that my Astra J GTC has two of them, so he needs to check first which one is faulty.
I just new halfway through your post it was leading to a vauxhall . Yep I have the dreaded astra this issue . Wait until until abs module goes its hundreds pounds . This diesel Astra Estate with 72k is going to auction as soon as that darn suction control valve is fitted . Astra j is a suction control valve on your bank account . I'm going back to Volvo

Mine car jerks first few hunderd meters, mostly downhil. Revs are almost allways stable, but it jerks a bit for first two minutes
I got to do this job on my 1 7cdti, I've had this idling issue since my van hit 100k mines I can see the fuel pressure dropping on tech 2 no doubt about it the scv is worn, mines denso and a none serviceable item unlike the Bosch ones are, so new scv for me, I've seen people sand and polish these it works for while but the bore is where the wear is sadly, you can turn them 180 which also works for a bit.
Do I need to do the calibration on the computer after changing the pump or is it enough to just change out the part and drive?
I can change the part but don't have a computer to hook it up.

@@sa.t.2507 depends how well the engine is running after you replace it usually ot will run fine afterwards, if its smooth and goes alright then it will relearn over time, if its lumpy then a fuel pump relearn will need to be done, mine ran fine afterwards but still went ahead and did a relearn, only difference i noticed was the engine was smoother.

After replacing my SCV on my astra J 1.7 (i used Denso the original part) i turned the key to ignition and the "dpf is full please continue driving" icon poped up...any ideas why that happened?
What kind od software/Hardware do you have?And can you read the injector?

Many thanks again and wow, what an amazing difference in fuel consumption at idle. I'd like to do this with my Astra but obtaining the Dephi software would be an issue.

Ive got Astra G 1.7 DTI (not cdti) that idles on some 1100-1200 rpm and rpms are jumping up and down, is that the same problem as here? Its not the same engine thought, your engine is newer, block probably the same but not sure about the rest

Salut. Eu am folosit pasta abraziva de lustruit caroseria. Daca nu umbli la arculet nu cred ca trebuie sa inveti supapa din nou. La mine a trebuit invatata.

Salut.. Eu am o Astra H 1.9 150cp.. Pun contactul, nu se accelerează deloc, dacă o las vreo 2 zile nepornita își revine, mai merg 2 ani relaxat apoi iar face la fel :).. Pe distante mici merg și fără accelerație în treapta mai mare de viteza.. Menționez ca de obicei apare problema dacă sta în soare.. Unii spun ca e de la pedala de accelerație, alții de la admisie, alții de la Ecu. Important e ca își revine singura.. Am pus și benzina în loc de motorina scotea fum mult și sunete ciudate și tot merge :)) e nemuritoare :))

Yes, it is very important. The engine will start and then stop on its own.

Salutare! Mai tii mite ce simptome avea masina cand fluctua acul? Sau ai pus testerul si ti-a aparut o eroare care incrimina valva SCV?
Pe tester nu aveam nici o eroare. Doar cand o apuca, incepea sa galopeze motorul si pe bord vedeam fluctuatiile turometrului. PArca, cu cat o alergam mai tare, cu atat mai rau galopa motorul. Dupa lustruirea cilindrului de la SCV, toate acestea au disparut. Insa, daca acel cilindru este foarte uzat, se rezolva doar prin schimbarea SCV-ului.

Salut. Din pacate acest filmulet l-am facut cu ceva timp in urma. Imi pare rau ca nu am prezentat si sculele necesare. Din pacate nu mai tin minte. Daca vrei sa faci aceasta lucrare sa tii cont ca-ti trebuie o diagnoza pentru reinvatarea acelei valve. Fara reinvatare la mine pornea, mergea putin si se oprea.

Buna ziua! Tocmai am schimbat și eu regulatorul la Zafira B și văd că am consum la relanti cam 0.7 L/h, uneori se face 0.8 și mai rar 0.9 sau 0.6 ( cu motor cald). Puteți va rog să îmi spuneți dacă ar trebui sa fac setarea din interfața sau daca este un consum ok?
Ai idee culoarea aia albastra este de când e produsul nou pare sau s a făcut de la motorină?

Am schimbat regulatorul pus unul nou, a pornit masina...am mers cu ea de marti pana azi...cand s a oprit ca si cum nu ar avea motorina...si pe tester din nou regulatorul...
Am aceeasi problema la un astra h si nu am nicio eroare la bord. Este posibil sa fie tot senzoru asta?

Salut. Daca iti oscileaza relantiul, banuiesc ca este tot de la SCV, Poti incerca sa-l cureti, in principiu face acelasi lucru. Nu stiu daca se poate monta cel scurt in loc.
Are ceva daca nu fac re learn si doar schimb valva ?
Posibil sa nu porneasca masina.
@@ClaudeTube Am cumparat valva a pornit fara probleme (denso,si pompa e denso si injectoarele) si am descoperit ca e altfel umpic nu se poate desface curata am vrut sa o curat aia veche. Am mers la service sa faca relearn si e diferenta cer si pamant dar tot nu e stabil tot mai oscileaza umpic. Pe de alta parte de unde ati luat testerul delphi ca pe toate site-urile dau numa de clone si am deja dar nu merge pe masina mea da ceva eroare de comunicare si doar ca imi citeste codurile de pe motor altceva nu poate face.

Fara sa adaptez valva SCV mi se oprea la relanti dupa ce am curat-o. Cunosc persoane care nu au facut adaptarea si nu au avut probleme.

Czy po takiej operacji konieczne jest podpięcie pod kompa i zrobienie kalibracji ? Czy będzie działać bez tego ?
bedzie cos nie tak ze spalaniem na postoju bo bedzie pamietal z czasow jak nie działało poprawine. Trzeba zrobic te uczenie niestety.
