FYI.. dont ever press the brake pedal until you have it moved where you want to work on the brakes.. It can and will seize the calipers mashed against the drum or disc.. Then you can't move it worth AF.. even if you cut the lines.. Just some help from my troubles.. Love your channel, and can't explain how proud I am to see a young man of your age in this hobby.. I grew up on a farm getting old ass stuff running for fun just like you.. Dug my 79 ford out and swapped in a 460 big block and had it painted all black and re-did the interior for my first truck.. It had been sitting for 16yrs in the weeds.. In other words, it had been sitting longer than I had been alive.. I'm 43 and still pulling junk off that same farm.. LOL..
Road to 100k🎉
This Was a JEEP made by AMC American Motor Corporation... it was a conglomerate of all auto companies. So there'll be GM, FORD, and Chrysler parts.
They all also came AWD which was amazing. Literally one of the best made motors in history out of America.
That was kinda the joke behind AMC = All Makes Combined. Had a 76 J10 and it had the AMC 360, GM Turbo 400 transmission, Motor Craft carb, GM steering column and the distributor took GM cap, points, and rotor. Truly bizarre to buy parts for!
I have a 91 xj, in 20 years it's never left me on the side of the road once. Love it.
That's definitely a valley brawler of a vehicle! Good stuff Maynard.
I suspect that is 1970 or earlier. The Buick 350 was in Jeep from around 1969-1971 when it was purchased by AMC. The red and brown color combination also tells me it is pre-1970. AMC purchased Jeep in 1970 and switched colors to red and blue.
Endless possibilities with this project.
A shaggin wagon ???
I am always excited to see what you come up with next. This old Jeep NEEDS/WANTS to be resurrected!!
Keep up the hard work Broski.
Just seeing that I’m young as u, motivates me to be a mechanic
definitely knows more than I did at his age!!! big props!!
Suprised that started.
🍀Buy THETA & IRIS = crypto with potential!🍀
This was super fun to watch and I am excited to see more content. God bless brother Jesus is king ✝️💪
3:20 blasphemy! It's a frickin AMC lol
Wagoneer is definately the better gift of the 2 !!!!
My friend once had a '71 Wagoneer with a Buick 350, TH400 and that-year-only GM Lime Gold ( frost green ) paint, just like my grandfather 's Nova, also a '71.
As a ‘98 XJ owner this will definitely need a part 2!!
91 xj here👍
love the videos!🔥
if it's been sitting for twenty years why is the battery still good?
Battery 2020
The fact that that car has windows is very surprising. Great Find!

🙄🙄😮😮😮😮😭😭😭😭
Hey I want some help I have same wagoneer in India I want restore it could u help me with spares. Or share some contacts who can help.
Jeep was American Motors then. They used parts from other manufacturers.
It's a 1971 Kaiser Wagoneer, and they became AMC Wagoneer in 1972. I'm interested if this comes up for sale. I have an almost fully restored 1970 and I could sure use a parts jeep
The insurance thing called it an amc j100 so that’s why I believe it’s a 72.
What’s your offer as it sits? Idk if I can get a title for it or not. Western ky area
@BradenBuildz It could've been titled as a 1972 for sure. Mines, actually a 1969 but titled as a 1970. The parts are interchangeable up to 1971 for the early Wagoneers. I'd love to make a serious offer. Can I get your email? I'm in the Oklahoma City area, btw. Thanks! Great content!

You should always put some oil in the cylinder before trying to start
👍🙂
Why haven't you checked the trans fluid fix the carb it's an easy one
Your going to burn up the trans pump plus the power steering pump need fluid do it right ok..
She rips 😂😂😂😂😂 the irony...cuz of the driver rear tire lol
Right at about 21:00 theres a Christine feel to the vehicle
Yes ❤
We need a vid on the new truck.
Love your videos can’t wait to see this thing run.
Was kinda fun when u couldn't open the dor😂
Great video! Why don’t we drive old cars for 1,000,000 miles, huh? Consumerism.
Lo primero que se hace de un vehículo antes de moverlo es,revisar los fluidos del motor y de la transmisión y de paso la jeep tiene mucho tiempos parada
Did I not?
Nice job man! Got it running for 0$
would love to see it get fixed up
No way it spent 20 years and still has life in the battery. This was rigged before the video and most work done. Trash. I won’t be back.
If you payed any attention I showed that the battery was from 2020 🤦🏻♂️😂
People are unbelievable

Back when Jeeps were real and not just a status symbol,FYI if you haven't found out by now,GM fuel filters are in the fuel inlet itself.

just subscribed hopefully there is a part to this love the work I’m a keep liking the videos 👍🏾
I pushed a vehicle like this with my crown Victoria a few years ago, and even the mighty crown Victoria was having a time getting it moving. Nonetheless, I'm glad you were able to get this classic automobile up and running again.
20 year and battery still good 🫡 I call bull shi#t.
Battery from 2020.
Is not a Dodge is a AMC
Quality 3am content pretty dam cool to see the old girl slowly come back to life and by the end she's raring to go

I know nothing about cars. I have very little interest in vehicles. And yet somehow your videos are so infectious. I love your attitude, respect your knowledge and wish you nothing but success friend.

@21:34 ...this is a joyous scene...watch it now, cut to 21:50, as the smoke and staem disapates and it rolls on its way forward while that front axle spins, OH YEAH!
A new subber here with a big grin on my face as that heap moved from its grave.
I had some doubt as to what I saw ongoing leading up to the OMG moment but you proved me wrong.
YES, young feller, you get 5 out of five ['s] for entertainment and suspense as well for your overall edit and your mu'zac filler choice that didn't blow my speakers up!
