Lol that start and end was so weird 😄. But really good to see you diagnosing the issue and fixing it, the play in the input shaft will most likely mess up the new sensor you put in but at least you know it's issues now. Shame you couldnt be like "I'll have the Chevy and you can keep the Ford 👌" . glad to see another one of your videos again 😀.
I love that you share your troubleshooting skills. I am a software developer and a sawmill operator. I use troubleshooting skills daily in what I do. I am wanting to learn how to restore old equipment and I am getting so much knowledge from you. Thank you!!!!!
Hahaha that was some freakin entertainment rite there lol curious what editing software you use cause your editing skills are top notch like of someone who does editing for a living. Really good troubleshooting and all great video Brayden really impressed!!👍👍

Have been watching your videos for past few days.. and honestly, I'm impressed by your knowledge and ways of approach. I feel like I know absolutely nothing about cars compared to the skills you show. Keep it up.
Your right but finding out whether you have voltage or not, it’s a start. My Land Cruisers injectors weren’t firing last week. Injector harness was pulsing but injectors weren’t firing. Well the voltage was not adequate enough in the harness to fire them. So I added a ground and it fixed issue.
i liked most of it execpt the intro and conclusion not into that stuff i just think youtube channels can make it on good content, don't have to put on a show or as some act stupid when you can tell they are smart
Not a 7.3 IDI's unless its swapped because the IDI's were mechanical (Source: Google, am not a Ford guy). But what'd I'd say is swap it into a truck with a blown 6.0 or something and sell er. Most preferably a crew cab long bed or something of the sorts. That's what'd I'd do at least. The body ain't a gold mine so the engine and trans are the best bet for profit. Another idea is swapping it into your service truck with the blown motor.
You do realize I've had one of these same exact trucks like he has and Ford years was diff from Dodge and Chevy if it's anything made after June it's an 04 etc 7.3 ended (in 03-04) you just stated your not a Ford guy I'm around these trucks all day everyday my dude that's all I specialize in is fords
Question, I have a 2006 Duramax how do i prevent that TCM from going? It's in great condition, the truck. Why do they go bad? Why did they stop making them? If mine goes out am I finished if I cant find another replacement since they're hard to find or should i sell the truck now, has me worried.
@@ag742_ no reason to worry about something you can’t control. Not sure why they go out but nothing lasts forever. You should be able to find a replacement just takes some looking and make sure the numbers are correct. I would totally own a 06-07 Duramax
I’m impressed bro ! To take over someone else’s mess especially when they didn’t know what they were doing and get it running again. That was awesome ! Good job !

Voltage is never a sign of potential current. You can have 12 VDC at 1 milli-amp, so always check your battery draw with an amp meter (under load). And about the TOPDON, no charger in the world can charge a battery that fast... if that were the case then everyone would immediately throw out their existing chargers and have a TOPDON only and they would rule the world... this is not the case. Electron exchange takes time, always has always will.
You keep my wife’s name out of your mouth. Mark my words.
Fix it for a part two. Keep it going like a series. Great job, love the trouble shooting and weird intro 👍

Honestly, fix and sell it. Someone somewhere is gonna want it. And its content for you too.
F*** off!! She just told my dog to “f off” 😂
Keep doing this type of content I really enjoy it and it benefits me too so thank you 🙏
So, it wouldn't have been as nearly broken as it was without the help of a fat fingered mechanic "fixing" it.
The pipe wrench is crazy 😭🤣🤣
Pretty good skill set for being so young. You got a good future an career ahead. Keep up the good work
You fixed a Chevy for a ford dang man you got took😂😂 jk there both good work trucks👍
Awesome video nephew! I don’t have any idea what you are doing but you edit it the right way to make me actually want to watch anyway.

Makes me wonder what the crack head was thinking when he tore this truck up like this. Then disconnected the exhaust, and everything else.
Chicken at Texas Roadhouse?! Come on man 😂

Not true, early 06 models have the red badge
@@themeat6968 I think you mean 2005...
So you grounded the Tcm and that fixed the cranking issue?
I will buy it for $450 because that’s all I have?!
Having voltage somewhere doesn't indicate good connection. Voltage drop only occurs when current is drawn
Your right but finding out whether you have voltage or not, it’s a start.
