I have to say, as an MMA enthusiast I really appreciate that old school kind of boxing coaching this channel offers. There's a common idea that you can't really incorporate head movement in MMA or kickboxing because of risk running into kick or a knee. This isn't true, what is true however is that there is very little margin of error in these sports. Headmovement has to be perfect, because if you slip to much on the side or roll to deep you eat a kick or a knee. It's good to practice solid fundamentals for any combat sport imo.

Really good instruction. As someone who use to do film work, I'd just suggest a few tips:
    1. I'd try and demonstrate against a neutral background IF you can. Or if your camera has the capability, use a much shorter depth of field to blur the background and it won't be as visually distracting.
    2. Try and bring the camera in closer. You have a lot of empty space on both sides of you which can be better served by having more of you on the screen.
    3. I'd see if I could demonstrate these with a partner and have an actual cameraman who can chose the best shots for you and edit everything ... it'll make the great instruction that much better.
But if you can't do the above, your instruction is still very, very good and clear.
    Thank you.
