- Another edition of the Club 100 endurance series. This time visiting for me, the best circuit on the calendar in Whilton Mill. We put together a team of drivers that had never raced with eachother before.
Race length: 2 hours
Qualifying length: 10 minutes.

This video had me completely in the flow. For a while, I forgot I was looking at a screen, what time of day it was, and who I was. I was there, out on the track with Steve, chasing that win. It has been a while since I was so thoroughly transported away from my immediate environment. What a marvelous and rare experience.

on a serious note tho, i was really fascinated on how you commentated to the point where i felt like i was the one behind the wheel and no joke, around lap 11 i already had the imagery of the adequate driving line and braking points laid out the track; how i should take the corner, and even the perfect spots for overtaking.

@Alexander Chohan Someone who's fallen behind the field and about to be lapped. Basically someone who should get out of the way of the leaders.
@@Sliqhs you understand that its very hard to even know if ure about to be lapped when people can go into the pit earlier/later as you and the race is 2 hours! The only way you may know that you're about to get lapped is knowing all the numberplates and look behind to see if you need to let him pass. Or use a communication system but those are all the plausible options

Just killer. Kart racing is rather extreme. Unless you’ve sat in the seat of one of these and experienced the speed, or at least the perception of speed, you’ll never understand. Killer skills on display as usual

I came to this channel because of sim racing, after watching a few of these cart races , watching sim racing has been been "spoiled". Brilliant, thanks for posting.
Having done both, sim racing and karting (with a bit of rally and formula ford thrown in), I frankly did not expect vids to highlight the difference in emotional immersion as per my personal experience.

Visited Whilton Mill for the first time yesterday. My Fave track I've visited so far for karting.. I have to agree about the last kerb, that is a scary chunky boy!
Very unlucky about the chain situation, The one & only good thing about the result was you still ended up on the podium. I'm Sure you still had a good day out, just very unlucky with the result. Thanks for the video Super GT, Keep up the good work & be safe out there.

Don’t know how it would work if it’s even possible but would be amazing if you could create a HUD for your karting videos including a break and throttle pressure gage and maybe a split for two places ahead and two places behind. Like I said don’t know if it’s actually possible I’m sure you will know. Love all your content, especially iracing and karting! Cheers for the entertainment! ✌🏻

I once got black flagged for some kerb action. I was side by side with the son of the referee of all people. It was on the far side of a big track and you couldn't really see it all from the tower.
We were going through some S curves side by side and just before the sharp right turn(with me on the inside) the son didn't give me space. The result was that I was pushed up on the very tall kerb and couldn't steer since I was on 2 wheels. The son was launched, heavily, into the shadow realm, since he was still on the outside. I was blamed, but was not to blame... and black flagged.
I can confirm that it is indeed great stuff
