      I kinda think disconnecting was what allowed that jeep to get that out. I don't think would had resistance or weight to move that if it was.

    for what you do you need to find a log skidder. that was some big risk disconnecting the trailer it could of easily just sunk the landing gear

    I will say this as long as the only thing that cause a winch rope to fail when recovering a big truck is not in the system any thing including a jeep can put it

    Use the airbag suspension on the semi once you are under the 5th wheel plate. Air it down to go under. Then up. Crank. Deflate. Backup. Repeat

      I don't know if he's reinforced the frame or not, it certainly wouldn't hurt, but anyway steel is really strong in tension so as long as the pull is mostly straight from the back or straight from the front his frame is probably alright.

      I'd wager if he tears a jeep up every 3 years, I don't think there is anything that can go the places he does that would be "stronger" in the frame at anywhere near the price of replacing the jeep every 3 years. I bet the jeep lasts longer than 3 years also.

    Great job, really.
    After many years I still cannot get the point of having 2 tractive axles without differential lock between axles and side by side. It's like giving the fate 4x the chance of blocking a truck. A single tractive axle with manually lockable differential plus a trailed bogey with deflatable cushions at very low speed would be way more effective

    So they bring in a front end loader was it a track loader or a rubber tire loader either way they're twice the size of your truck or Jeep and you mean to tell me they got stuck and spun and couldn't move this truck but yet you bring in a Jeep and hook a winch to it and you pull him out Now there's a little something here I'm not believing

      80,0000lbs plus the tractor? I'm thinking the tractor was helping quite a bit, ive pulled loaded pulp trucks with skidders, mind you usually uphill in the winter when they spin out. It's a huge pull!!

      Same power as pull pal, but more durable. We kept breaking the spade off pull pals and this one is way over built for us to break. They actually asked us to try and break it
