Oh, Maria. It's 2023. I have been watching you for a little over 9 years now! I really need you to understand the impact you have on my life. I am a mom of three with severe depression and anxiety. I also have ptsd, PCOS, and fibromyalgia. Otherwise, I am very busy and always tense. You're videos are the only things for years that have given me even a little bit of calm. This past year I decided to try to take control of my mental health and got put on lots of medication which has caused a lot of brain fog. I drove away from my house in my push start without the key fob and turned my car off in another town in 100 degree weather, I laid my phone, keys, wallet on the back of my car and drove off with it. I left my wallet at walmart. I just woke up at 2 am with a call from my neighbor saying I left my trunk open. My battery wasn't dead thank god but it's flood weather so my trunk is flooded. I got it drained but came inside and had a complete breakdown and anxiety attack. So here I am thanking sweet heavens that you uploaded this gem 14 hours ago because it has helped relax me completely. I also watched your asmr after my c-section with my third daughter. Thank you for all you do. Please never change.
this was such a small moment, but you saying, "i like your jawline," genuinely made me smile. i have a very soft jaw and a weak chin that "melts" into my neck, which i've been insecure about for years. thank you, maria :)
One great thing which separates Maria from others in this space is her understanding that not every sound emanating from inside of a person's mouth is pleasing to the ear when amplified. There are subtle absences in this recording of the crackling saliva sounds when a person swallows or moves their tongue across their teeth or roof of the mouth, which greatly contribute to making her work here head and shoulders above everything else I have heard. This is a gifting which spreads across Maria's work; I can listen to her Russian recordings, understanding none of the words, and still receive the same calming effects. Her talents are truly polished.

I really enjoy Asmr videos that darken or alter the visuals of the video. During the night or when I can't sleep, it gets difficult listening and watching to ASMR videos sometimes cause the video is still bright even with brightness all the way down + night mode. Wish more people did this consistently on their videos
Hi, I agree as it's easy on the eyes for sleep and to calm and if you like the sepia tone just so you know, my ASMR videos are all sepia, not quite Maria's standard but none the less hope they help in any way that you need, take care.

I'm a 4 year water of maria and I hate to admit I always find myself going back to her older style vids of the mostly plain background deep ear to ear whispers (the sweep vid is so good) compared to the newer ones because they just hit soooo different. the b&w concept reminded me of a life hack I recently learned, it might be helpful for anyone who reads this: if you struggle with spending too much time on your phone, try finding out how to greyscale your screen. it instantly lowers the stimulation you get from looking at it like 80% and you get bored. :D
Oh how I’ve missed close up gentle whisper videos from you! They were my ASMR staples for years. I would love to see more of these back on your channel if you enjoy making them. I would especially love one without touching the mice at all, I find that part of these types of videos often distracts me from the crisp close up whispers. Love your videos Maria ❤
This came at a really good time. I'm in the hospital with my grandmother who's having heart complications and the atmosphere is so noisy and she's trying to rest and I'm stressed. I only have bone conduction earphones but it's really nice compared to the hospital noises.
I love the low saturation, as someone who is easily overstimulated. I appreciate it so much that I hope it becomes a trend. The only way this could've gotten better for me, is perhaps layered whispers 😴👍💜
