I’ve suffered from chronic insomnia for 11 years. I’ll sleep in cycles, awake for 4 days, crash for an entire day, and it repeats. I’ve searched every ASMR channel on UA-cam...you’re the first person that has ever put me to sleep. Your videos are a LIFE SAVER.

How are you able to stay awake for 4 Days ?
Marcel Savage I honestly can’t explain it. My brother had the same kind of insomnia too. I’ve seen doctors, done sleep studies....there isn’t an actual “reason” we can find. My longest insomnia cycle was when I was awake for 6 days and I about lost my mind. But now the range fluctuates between 3-4 days of being up and then I use the weekends to just crash. Sometimes I’ll either stay awake for days, or, I’ll fall asleep easily but wake up an hour later and keep falling asleep every 2 hours or so. But.......this channel has helped immensely. I’m able to stay asleep for 3-4 hours at a time now. Something about HER voice just knocks me right out.

It’s funny because I was just listening to the video from last year or so with the same thumbnail and I saw it was posted recently and figured “It’s a layered video!”.
I can't get tingles ever since I was a kid I didn't even know what asmr was untill 2016 I wish I could get the tingles so much but no video does it tho at least it relaxes me and puts me to sleep

most whispering asmr is like my go to type of tingles, like any type of whispering will calm me down in an instant. Maria's are so good too, like the extra mouth sound and pop to the words she's saying is so satisfying. it's also a bonus that her breathing is so calming and helps me remember to breathe, since I'm so bad at remembering on my own. normally when I'm anxious, stressed, or just really tired, it's normal for me to loose my breath for about 20-30 seconds before I can go dizzy and take a deep breath😂😂😂

ALSO, this made me think of a video suggestion if you're up for it! My all-time favorite video was the Prom measuring video you did where you did a lot of breathing and whispering ear to ear. Maybe you could do something similar to this but instead maybe wedding dress alterations or even bridesmaid dress alternations?! Idk...but the measuring and breathing up close was GOLD.
