Generally people’s left ears are actually better at discerning distinct sounds and emotions while the right ear is better at discerning speech and memorizing what you hear. This is because the each ear is connected to a different half of your brain, and those halves specialize in different things

I absolutely love that you try to do no mouth sounds. It's this huge misconception that ASMR = mouth sounds. It's actually a really big pet peeve of mine when I tell people I like ASMR and they say "Oh you mean the mouth sounds?". Mouth sounds irritate me so much and they are so pervasive in ASMR content... Thank you for making content that also caters to those of us who do not like wet mouth sounds but still enjoy ASMR.

Personally I’m not a fan of mouth sounds. Most people I can tolerate the little mouth sounds when whispering as it’s unavoidable. But THIS is exquisite 11/10 best whispers
I have mixed feelings about mouth sounds, but I really have to be in the mood to tolerate them and only in small doses. I love that Maria's inaudible whispers showcase the whispering rather than intense mouth sounds.

Nevayah Grace she’s lovely! But in my personal opinion, she’s still “too fast”. There’s a Level of calmness in Maria’s Voice and movements that I’ve only seen in Whispersred (and not always).
I love pengy asmr, formerly known as penguin asmr (he's in my top 5). Dr. T is pretty great lol, also in my top 5. I love jelly bean greens light tracing videos, yet again in my top 5.

Literally every other ASMR chanel has something "wrong" with it that turns me off from their content. The majority of the time its either trying to make their ASMR sexual, or over exaggerating mouth sounds which grosses me out. Maria is perfection.

I’ve run out of adjectives to describe how awesome this woman is.
Those have to be my absolute favorite microphones of hers. I think they’re perfect for ASMR because they have the smoothest transition from sound to sound, with each sound practically flowing into the next so effortlessly and with no sudden silence in between.
At the contrary, In my opinion, these are of the worse microphones ever! It's only good on sound, touching and brushing fluffy antipop but on whispers is bad. I don't know if Maria doesnt give equality on right and left side, I mean, right sound side is great, left sound side is the worst. I really miss the others microphones she had. Since she got these, I lost the tingles, even I left Asmr for a week, there is not tingles anymore😕
@@andreklau To be fair, I haven't had any tingles in a while either, but that's just because of overexposure to ASMR, since I watch it every single day and night. But to be honest, I don't really watch ASMR for tingles necessarily, I mostly watch it because I really love the feeling of being cared for and I love the personalities of ASMRtists. They're just the most kind and caring people, at least in the videos, but honestly I wouldn't be too surprised if they were this kind and caring in person as well.

I've watched ASMR videos all the way back to 2011 I think, maybe 2012. You were 1 of 2 ASMRTists who I watched very often as I studied in university. The other artist has come and gone but you've been the only constant. I think I subbed to you after watching you flip through a magazine, the sort of mundane activity that becomes hyper relaxing if somebody is doing it just right. Something from childhood, watching mom flip through a catalogue maybe.
Years later you're making these very intense whisper videos with that breath sensation, like hearing secrets in school. These videos are amazing, they relax me so very quickly. Please don't ever stop because I think that you really get ASMR. You got it some years ago and you're freaking killing it. You're great, thanks very much!!

I found gentle whispering in an article about asmr several years ago. Before then i had never heard of asmr. I had experienced it before to the sound of typing and people playing with my hair, but never knew what it was. There are others i enjoy, but she has always been my fave. ❤

This made me want to kick walls.
When I was little we lived in a neighborhood that was directly under an Air Force training path, so in the summer jet planes flew over our house every afternoon around the time I took my naps as a kid. Because of this I actually find the sound of planes flying over to be very relaxing as it reminds me of my sleepy childhood summer afternoons. Anyway, all of this to say idk if I’m the only one but I’m actually really glad when asmr videos include airplane noises like this one did :-)
