I have made a similar recipe and used strawberry protein powder, it does end up tasting like strawberry angel food cake if you add strawberry extract and some allulose. I haven’t perfected that recipe, but it might be good one to try. I can imagine pairing that with some kind of chocolate drizzle. But with your version, I would love to try avocado toast! And❤❤❤❤u Wes!!!!😘

Hi Wes, thanks for another fantastic video. I’ve tried a number of egg white breads over the years and have not enjoyed most of them. I found one that I really like that is my white bread go to now. It has a few extra ingredients in it that make the texture & flavor so much better. It is a little more labor intensive that many Keto egg white breads but well worth it. It is called Keto Yeasted Egg White Bread by Ketoserts. I hope you take a look at this recipe. I’m leaving a link I a separate comment because some channels don’t allow them.
Wes thank you for your input on this bread recipe! Love the Keto Twins. Some of these comments are interesting. The KETO diet helps many people. Many of us, have gluten sensitivity issues, and thus need breads that are made with other ingredients. Also, people with IBS issues have to watch the fiber sugars in nut or pea/bean flours. Breads like these, give us better options!

Thanks, Wes! I LOVE REAL bread. Used to make it from scratch pretty much weekly. I seldom eat it anymore but I still love the real thing. Have tried most every recipe out there that claims to have found the "perfect" low-carb bread. Nope. And texture is one of the biggest things that I have never seen anyone get right. Memory foam just won't do, even really tasty memory foam. Not even slightly crumbly memory foam. (I'm sure the toasting helps a little.) But thanks for tryin'!
Try Hero bread, especially the seeded kind, if you can eat gluten. It is very expensive, but my husband and I find that we barely go through a loaf in a month, and you can get a subscription. We put it in the freezer and it keeps very well, in or out of the freezer. The seeded bread puts grilled cheese sandwiches (and sandwiches, for that matter), toast, etc., on the menu again. I have served it to my entire family, who never even noticed the difference from regular old wheat bread. It has one net carb per slice. We have used the rolls too. They are fine, we don’t really care for Hero’s white bread versions as much as the whole wheat/seeded version

@HighfalutinLowCarb you know what tho...inspired by your bread i made a snack tonight with the egg whites, some nutritional yeast and some parm cheese. I shaped them into small cheeto like shapes. 30 minutes at 300 and they were amazing. Satisfied that salty snack craving. 😊
When I made egg white bread before, I had to poke many holes in the slices to soak up the egg mixture for french toast. Also, had to let it sit for a while. Otherwise, it wasn't really edible.

The Hero bread products are fantastic. But, admittedly pricey! (And they have wheat, if that matters to you.) To be VERY truthful, I wish I could say I spend the time to make my own bread more often than I actually do. If I’m craving bread, I usually go for the Orowheat Keto Bread or even the Carbmaster Bread from the grocery store. Otherwise, I’d lean toward the Soul Bread recipes. (Kristie Sullivan over at the Cooking Keto With Kristie UA-cam channel has a great version!)
Wes, thanks for making it so I don't have to waste very expensive egg white powder on it! A mis=shapen "loaf" of memory foam is not my idea of bread. I'll stay with my Flax-bamboo bread that rises taller than the pan, toasts great and tastes like bread and put protein on top of it.
I love the wetted parchment paper method.. I even use it when I'm doing something flat..over butter for browning. Absorbancy is a forgotten property in keto/carnivore foods. Isn't it bizarre that something spongy won't sop stuff up? I'd be tempted to throw in some crunched up pork rinds in it, and maybe make croutons with it.

Thank you Wes, I use 1 tbsp of lupin flour ( or vital wheat gluten if you have no problem), and an egg yolk in my egg white bread (together with 1 tsp of nutritional yeast for flavour). May try using a cup of cottage cheese instead of the egg yolk. (Never had a problem making french toast with it). It's nice with a tsp of ready grated parmesan added too.

I wonder if you cut up that bread, placed it on a baking sheet, & allowed it to dry out for a few days if you'd be able to get decent French Toast... Most French Toast is made with day old, non-fresh bread for best results, so making this into that might just be game changing, as far as moisture absorption goes!

I found that powdered egg whites were quite pricey I don't know why but I bought some to make the egg white wraps that I usually buy in the store and I'm having a hard time finding and there's a recipe using beef gelatin and egg white protein powder but I found it to be quite expensive so I don't know if I would use a whole cup of this very expensive product for a loaf of cloud bread. I guess it really depends on how much you're willing to spend for a few moments of pleasure.
The first couple of times I made this bread without the cottage cheese, they ended up like magic erase sponges. Terrible! The third time, it was ok. I think the secret is not to over whip it. You got to find the sweet spot.
I wish I could find a brand of powdered egg whites that specified they were pasture raised. The best I can find is cage free 😒. But I think I heard you say the twins have a just egg white and cottage cheese recipe?
I just buy Hero Seeded bread ( purchase at Sprouts)…. yes it’s a little expensive BUT it’s delicious….I keep it in the freezer and take out one slice at a time ( to not waste)

What is your go to keto bread? I want something less dense to use with mom as bread, to cut back on carbs.

I found that powdered egg whites were quite pricey I don't know why but I bought some to make the egg white wraps that I usually buy in the store and I'm having a hard time finding and there's a recipe using beef gelatin and egg white protein powder but I found it to be quite expensive so I don't know if I would use a whole cup of this very expensive product for a loaf of cloud bread. I guess it really depends on how much you're willing to spend for a few moments of pleasure.
I’m going to try this a rolls instead of a loaf and see what happens. 🧐

The first couple of times I made this bread without the cottage cheese, they ended up like magic erase sponges. Terrible! The third time, it was ok. I think the secret is not to over whip it. You got to find the sweet spot.
I just can never deal with the fact that one lousy cup of that eggwhite powder costs more than $8.

I wish I could find a brand of powdered egg whites that specified they were pasture raised. The best I can find is cage free 😒. But I think I heard you say the twins have a just egg white and cottage cheese recipe?
Try the egg whites from Rose Acre Farms, also known as Sport Protien.
I just buy Hero Seeded bread ( purchase at Sprouts)…. yes it’s a little expensive BUT it’s delicious….I keep it in the freezer and take out one slice at a time ( to not waste)
