    The way I thought you were going to stop after adding the seasoning and just eat avocado with cottage cheese and then you proceeded to make a realistic meal made me so happy. As a girl with a big appetite I’m so sick of seeing these tiny meals active girls are eating on YT

    Thank you so much for doing all that you do!!! My sister and I have been weightlifting for almost 3 years now and absolutely love all of your workout videos and vlogs! About half a year ago we were stuck and at a dead end in our weightlifting journey- we weren’t seeing any results with our previous trainer and then we found YOU!!!! Finding your channels and committing to following all of your workouts consistently has literally changed everything for us in our fitness journeys.     I just found you about a week ago. And I have to say, putting your tips to use has completely changed my workouts this week. I’m sore after every workout. I guess I was at a plateau without realizing cause I’ve been workout out for almost a year and still not toning up as much as I’d like. I’ll definitely keep using your advice and hopefully start showing some muscle. I’m skinny and trying to get strong ;))
