I just found you about a week ago. And I have to say, putting your tips to use has completely changed my workouts this week. I’m sore after every workout. I guess I was at a plateau without realizing cause I’ve been workout out for almost a year and still not toning up as much as I’d like. I’ll definitely keep using your advice and hopefully start showing some muscle. I’m skinny and trying to get strong ;))
