I lost my mother in a car accident when I was 16 years old. I'm an introvert and was very close only to my mother in a family. I could not share my pain with anyone at that moment, and with time my pain got hidden under several other activities. A few months ago, there had been death in my family once again, and that too of a young person. After that incident I started having panic attacks and nightmares. My therapist says that I'm suffering from PTSD, and due to this pandemic and death news, my older scar has been reopened. Every day feels like a new challenge. It's been 11 years of that accident and my anxiety has become extremely stronger to be treated soon. I hope to heal myself with this channel as well as other warriors like me. May we all heal soon from the pain we are not showing to the world.

I have experienced fears of death since I was 8?
When Wilbur screams "I don't want to die!" Over and over when he learned his fate as livestock is what initially triggered my fear.
Living in a Christian environment that teaches the ckncepts of hell only made it worse.
By the 20s, I let go of the concept of a hell.
But I am still grappling with the idea the finality of death.
If anyone out their reads this, please don't stop fighting to accept and engage with all that life has to offer.

I can relate to how you're feeling, I lost my Dad last year, and we were very close. He was a larger than life character and since he died the world seems to have lost its sparkle for me. A few months ago I was involved in a head in collision due to a dangerous driver and for a while i wasn't sure if I would make it. It was the thought of my children that kept me going and a sheer will to survive. You are stronger than you think, and your friend would wish you to carry on enjoying your life. I hope you are getting stronger every day.x

Hey Dennis I don’t know if you remember but I asked a question on one of your other videos. I’m jus coming off a few pretty good days from anxiety and I just relapsed really badly, it’s very tough, I’m trying my best but I get scared, my thoughts generally revolve around my hearts health so ofcourse I’m gonna get lots of symptoms around that. But I was wondering is that if I should go to the doctors for reassurance? I’ve only been once about a month ago and my doctor sorta jus chalked it all up to anxiety the only thing I’ve had checked is my blood pressure and my doctor said that it was fine and it wouldn’t make sense for me to have heart problems (because my
Family has no history of heart
Disease). But I feel like I need an ekg and proper heart tests to tell me that I’m healthy. But I’m not sure because I don’t wanna start a bad routine of going to the doctors all the time. Some advice would be really helpful.
    Thanks Dennis God bless 🙌

Mal Dito Side effects are dependant on the individual. Sometimes the subconscious mind is so heavily conditioned to fear and carry rage that anything positive that opposes these programs come with being more symptomatic. Most of the time though the messages begin a beautiful transition to a new improved you.

SAKET MANTRA Many people going through anxiety find themselves wondering if they’re going crazy or not, due to the cycle of catastrophic thoughts that meet disliked emotions. I can tell you through experience that once you can open yourself up to new ideas about what you’re going through you’ll stop focusing on the going crazy part. A few meanings you can use is that you’re sensitized due to childhood experiences, fatigue, highly empathic that may be depleting you further etc. Find the meaning that leads to digging for answers rather than a conclusion that doesn’t serve you at all. ❤️
