1st I was surprised on 2013 to 2018 what's the great change.
1)fast weight loss is not sustainable... Yes really I done a lot but no profit... But I really adopted to it and I even do it now at least 1 hour a day.
2)Diet : Diet is really good and what we take in is more than what we give out(exercise). I don't know what calories I should take in a day. But actually I can't take a good diet because of our financial problem. You don't believe it. But it's true.
3)It's same as 2nd because the thing which we select is our goal.
4) Exercise is really a good thing in our life. I think I followed you a week ago because I really felt bad about me. But now I am doing exercises. I feel I should loose weight.
I am hoping to get pregnancy.
I have pcos and thyroid.
I don't think these are big problems as I said life gives you experiences. And I always stick to it..
I really love the way you are. Because you are me...
I want to become like you as a thin girl . Pls help me

• Role of 60% diet and 40% workout
• Difference btw good and bad calories
• Do not restrict to the one type of workout , your workout must be a combination of different workout like zumba , yoga , stretchning excerises etc
Points mentioned in this video
1. Dont overexercise yourself
One hour of good hiit workout is better than 2-3 years of low impact training
2. What is very imp is that only exercising can lead to weight loss.
Nutrition is very imp.
4. You need to see the difference between beneficial and non beneficial calories.
5.Do different types of workout towork on different parts of your body
6. Make exercising a part of your daily routine not your short term goal.this way it will be more sustainable.
7 .consistency is the key.
You will only see results when you are consistent of all the above tips
One extra tip is to do workouts that u love. It can be anything swimming ,dancing or any sport u like
And don t forget to take of yourself and mind it is as imp as your body

You seem to be the most realistic weightloss youtuber.not only this it is great you dont focus on only eatinh protien and no carbs but u made me realise that a balanced diet is better than any other diet

I started my weight loss journey last year. But soon it faded when i met with a serious accident. During that time I got shattered when doctors told me that I won't be able to walk again. I had been on complete bed rest for a very long time. I even thought of quitting at certain point in life. 2. 1hr of workout is most efficient
3. Follow a calorific deficit-60%diet -40% exercise
4.restrict to a healthy calorie intake
5.workout should be a combination of varied forms - cardio , Zumba , yoga, strength training
