Morning Neck and Shoulder Stretches are my FAVORITE thing to do first thing in the morning, even before getting out of bed. I'm thrilled to share this routine with you, and I hope it brings you ease, relief, and a gentle start to your morning.
These stretches are perfect for easing neck tightness, relieving a cranky neck from sleeping in awkward positions, and helping with neck pain headaches or general neck discomfort. These gentle neck and shoulder stretches will help release tension and improve your overall mobility.
Done daily, these neck release stretches can boost your mobility, promote lymphatic flow, and enhance your overall well-being.

Brilliant! Although i can hear more snap, crackle, pop then a bowl of rice krispies 😊 i love how you tell us where we should : feel the stretch 👍 by 5th repetition of double chin i had hot pins and needles down my arms... that woke me up 👍🙏❤️

Hi . Today i found an older routine from you from.about 2 years ago . I feel it might be perfect timing forcme to do this . I will go get a roller tommorow. But i could start with these .

hi kendra. fyi. i used a 9 inch pilates Bender Ball cause i have so much junk in my neck (cervicalgia) and traps and that really helped. thanks again!

@KendraFitzgerald just curious:-) so if you had 1 stretch for each body part what would it be? or choose 1 full body stretch. That would a good (shorts) video. Also. What stretch would you do in the elevator?. Or waiting in line? just curious:-) Five favorite stretches and why? Favorite stretches on your bed cuz I like to stretch while watching TV on my bed. Ok.
