    Do you have more recipes for new year please (the Chinese new year), I do all the time your dumplings for new year (all year) cant stop, they are so great, bless your mom teaching you that!!! and the rest of the recipes of course. :)

    Wouldnt it be easier to cut the crust off. Wait to cut into quarters AFTER putting shrimp & sesame on? Seems like more work to cut into quarters 1st

    Tried this tonight, so easy to make. So tasty .ingredients are easy to source.thank you. Eats a lot of oil as the downside, but overall lovely! I will use your recipe for that everytime

    Mmm these look the bees knees :) I always have these when i go for Chinese breakfast at the Tai Pan Liverpool. I dip them in a ramekin filled with soy sauce HEAVEN i tell you...

    I really love eating these at a local restaurant in Hong Kong except they do it closed sandwich style, always thought these are very hard to make never knew its actually quite simple! :) gonna try the recipe out later myself :)

    Thanks girls, started with Prawn toast, excellent. Great flavour and texture. Also did crispy chilli beef, maybe overdone it with hot sauce! Again great flavour, a family hit, thanks again girls, keep them coming, uk fan.

    Why cut the bread before layering on the plans. Just spread bread and add seeds, then cut into triangles.

    You do such the long way. Dip the toast in to a plate of seeds, the sprinkle thing takes ages.

    I'm always afraid of burning the oil! What kind of oil is best? And should be on medium heat I guess? Never heard of prawn toast, can't wait to try these!

      Naïri Khandjian avocado oil is best. 500 degree smoke point. Heat oil to 350 to 375 degree.
