    Prawn Toast is one of my absolute fave dishes, but as you say, they are incredibly stingy in restaurants, whereas yours are deluxe to the max! I definitely need to make these myself. I'm salivating just watching your video! 😂

    For some reason I would add some chili peppers just to spice it up. But since you have the spicy sauce it’s all good 👍 Looks so good either way.

    They are too oily for me to eat while hot but they taste great chilled! It's not so greasy and somehow tastes sweeter and crunchier that way.

    Looks extremely good! I'll try it. I noticed that the recipe's ingredient list includes white sugar and a lot more than a pinch (i.e. 2 tsp) sea salt. These were not shown in the video. Same ingredient list lacks garlic and fish sauce, which were shown in the video. I think I'll follow the ingredients which were shown in the video. I assume you used about 3 cloves garlic and 2 tsp fish sauce. Let's see how this will turn out.

      I tried the recipe yesterday with the ingredients mentioned in my initial comment. We liked it. If you don't like sturdy pieces of kaffir lime leaves in your prawn paste, you can grind the lime leaves to almost a powder in your spice grinder (first remove the leaf's rib and cut the leaf a bit smaller).

    Hi, lovely recipe. Will def try. Quick question how many grams of fish is used. On the recipe it only mentions 500 gm prawns.

      Oh no! Thanks for letting me know! I'll fix that now :-) It's 350g prawns and 150g fish. But I've used all prawns before and it's great and even half prawn/half fish. It's pretty flexible :-)

    Is the garlic added to the fish mix or the sauce? In recipe it says to add to the sauce but on video marion adds it to the fish mixture before processing. Can you clarify please?

    I very rarely deep fry because of hubby’s health issues, can I spray oil on top and bake these instead?

      You can! Although I guess that they won't be as crispy as Marion's. But you could get an air fryer!
