June Whisky Preview - Rare Release 10 (Celebrating Fèis Ìle 2024)

It's Festivals month! SMWS Australia is celebrating the Scotch whisky festivals happening all over Scotland with our own local Flavour Hunters Festival and we have a dozen tasty small-batch single malts to offer up to our members.
One of the bottlings celebrating Fèis Ìle (Islay festival) is Rare Release 10 Smugglers' bacon! This is one of the two Fèis Ìle Rare Releases the SMWS are putting out for 2024 and is a 10-year-old Heavily Peated single-malt matured in a mixture of refill ex-bourbon and 2nd fill ex-Pedro Ximenez hogsheads.
