I’ve had the h11 Gtr ultra 2’s in my 2018 subaru Crosstrek for about two years now and I can confirm they are very bright. They are finally lights I feel comfortable with not going out on me shortly after install.
Spent a ton of money choosing what worked best in my 2017 RAM 2500 w/projectors... thanks to you guys for the research you've already done! I started with: - Morimoto 2Stroke 3.0 LED's for low-beam - CSP Mini LED for high-beams Was NOT a fan of the Morimoto's because they cast almost NO light on the ground directly in front of my vehicle! My final setup: - GTR Ultra HID's for low-beam - CSP Mini LED for high-beams - Diode Dynamics SS3 LED (fog light kits) This is a banger of a setup! Nice bright WHITE light from low/high/fogs now!
Everyone is jumping on the LED bandwagon, but like you, I tried many LED headlights and didn't like the beam/spill of the light. This is one place that LED headlights can't compare to a HID when in a reflector head light set-up and possibly even a projector. For anyone who has a reflector style headlight housing, I can almost guarantee you that you will be happier with HID bulbs than LED. It's just a lot less tuning/clocking required to get the beam perfect due to the nature of how LEDs are designed. The HID throws light exactly like a factory halogen bulb, so no tuning is required.
Are the GTR LED OR HID??¿???? I HAVE A 2011 INFINITI WITH PROJECTORS N IM TRYING TO SEE WOULD LED OR HID BE BRIGHTER I WANT SOME THAT BRIGHT THAT YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE FAR INFRONT OF YOU AND ON THE GROUND AND YOU CAN SEE THEM PROJECTING ON THE SIDE OF THE CAR IN THE NEXT LANE..... DOES YOUR GTR SHINE BRIGHT LIKE THAT........
I got the Morimoto 3.0 H7 for projectors headlights, and they work well, but the Hikari VisionPlus at $140 cheaper are just overall better! Brighter, more of a focused beam, slim design, adjustable, etc.
These guys are definitely sellouts. You can get bulbs from multiple known Chinese brands with better performance and a lot lower price. The GTR Lighting is literally just a customized bulb from China.

I’ve had the 2stroke 3.0 in my car for about a year now and it’s been working good so far, hasn’t burnt out and it does get rid of the moisture in the headlight when it gets super cold
Still no DDM Tuning brands on here. Same brand LED bulbs are reviewed over and over. Which I’m assuming that Headlight Revolution has some sort of sponsor/contract with these various manufacturers? Test Lucas Lighting Leds. I put 3 pair in 19 Sorento and they work great. Our local audio store recommended them as an alternative to Amazon's garbage. They were $800 for all 6 bulbs but I didn't have to worry about false advertising. Also the sheriffs dept was there getting some for their vehicles. That sold me.
The GTR Ultra 2 is truly exceptional! I honestly couldn't believe how well it works in a reflector designed for halogens. No small expense, but I saw exactly why with install and performance at night. Really put to shame the Amazon specials my friend has in his identical RAM!

For those looking for the LED look, on a budget, and just don’t want brighter lights…OE Plus is the very best. I really love the beam pattern, and they feel solid. Completely adjustable, and come to just over 100 CAD. They aren’t monstrously bright, but they do look good and I love the beam pattern.

If you will like to try em I have a brand new pair of H7s sitting in the box. I never used them. Just tried to install and took them right out. Came straight from China straight to the shelf.
I bought nineo 2's for my f-150. Got 5 years out of them before one went dim on me today. Im sure theres better but i had no issues till now, no resistors needed, and to be honest i thought they had a nice beam pattern and were fairly bright. I smoked a deer with the same headlight that failed but that was 4 years ago. Might of had something to do with it?
I have a 2007 mazda 3. Am I better off with LED or HID? I know HID is brighter. I live in the woods in Pennsylvania and we NO street lights and I already got pulled over for using my Light bar.
97 Grand Caravan. What would be the best? I've heard to stick with the side by side LEDs rather than the triangle triple form factor. I ended up getting the triple. But I'm not sure if i installed it right or not. I figured changing bulbs rather than a full headlight housing would be cheaper. But now I'm not all too sure. The triple I ended up getting is the Mifmia 9007)
These are all compared to stock halogens but what about stock Xenon HIDs? I have OSRAM D3S CBN and I love them but I'm always wondering if the newer LEDs would be even brighter?
We don't suggest most LEDs as an HID replacement, the technology hasn't gotten any better over the last few years for LED HID replacements. The best replacement for an HID is an HID! Give us a shout and we can help find the best upgrade - sales@headlightrevolution.com or 218-755-5200

I wish HR offered different color ranges. I went with VLED because of the 5k option. 6k on a vehicle thats not new and higher-end looks cheesy. I dont care how nice you think it looks. Your 2015 GMC with blue headlights looks like an 18 year old found AutoZone
Yeah and also I feel like the lower spectrum 3500k -4k is better for night vision. Sometimes 6k light is hard to see in pitch black conditions. 6k needs things to bounce off of. While 3500k lights up the way.

@headlightRevolution I Would like to see simlpy the gtr and morimoto bulbs up against (1.) DDM TUNING SABER V2 55W OR 65W (2.) VLEDS MICRO EXTREME (3.) LUMIBRIGHT XT1 Gen 2 (4.) Diode Dynamics SL1 (5.) Diesel Leds LUMX bulbs. I am curious why those have never really been talked about here on this channel. I know you guys push hard the gtr and morimoto. If its as easy as the video said to swipe the HR credit card and get those bulbs on the channel lets see it. 👀 i would like to see lux testing but also real world comparison behind a wheel on the road day and night split screen with numbers posted similar to say bulb facts channel. I was surprised to see that at 5:36 in the video it showed vleds micro and it was 200+% brighter and it was also brighter than the #5 bulb spot which was the gtr csp mini i believe. If its brighter why wasnt it on the top 5?
I agree with u, I saw the 200% brightness and wish they did a similar comparison without being Bias. I love my VLEDS. Over the years I had 1st gen vleds, then went with morimoto because of the lifetime warranty at the time. Morimotos were a bit brighter but a headache because they would burn out every 6mths or so. After going through 3 sets I decided the warranty didnt justify changing them every 6mths. So i went back to VLEDS and they last 2yrs or so, right after their 2yr warranty expires lol but good enough for me. Cant expect a bulb to never ever go out.
Maybe some of our other videos have been missed, but we do include Diode Dynamics LED bulbs in our testing: ua-cam.com/video/knbG9TWj3z0/v-deo.html Truth be told, those are the only one you listed that we would ever recommend besides GTR, Morimoto, SV4. Just because a bulb is brighter doesn't mean it performs better. Brightness is great, but what about where that light goes? If it goes everywhere besides the road in front of you (which most LEDs do, excessive amount of glare) then it is no better than the $25 Amazon LEDs.
My gtr 2 bulbs both went out after 2 years. Both had different problems, one had the LEDs die one one side and the other bulb started twisting and rotating and throwing off the beam pattern. I sent customer service a email to just see if it's under warranty and they never got back to me.
How come there is no mention of hikari titanova ? For 2023 this light that goes under $100 sure does make a lot of noise. Really would like to see it in comparison, sight by sight to GTR Ultra, Morimoto 3.0 and S-4
Yes! The GTR Ultra 2 should be tested with the Hikari 2023 Future titanova. They claim to be the brightest LED in the market as at now. Hope HR makes a comparison test asap.
@@ivoriiringa1741 well, Titanova just came out, Ultra been around for some time. Also keep in mind, Ultra is a bit more money, but BIG BUT life time warranty. Titanova is not life time. I hope they make it side by side tho

In the United States, lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment are regulated by the US Department of Transportation (DOT). Even though these types of LED lights can be used in place of an original halogen light bulb, it is not legal to use on vehicles registered for on-street use. Feel lucky?

Some of the absolute worst I've tried are Sylvania LED's as they are extremely dim and produce a terrible purplish unusable light.

What should I get for a 2013 Honda civic? I want good visibility during night time driving on those country roads with little to no lighting.
Osram night breaker shout be ok for most cars converting from hallogen to LED .
Have you ever looked into cartrim at home headlights? They look pretty cool and price is not too bad
We have not heard of them!
Can you please test the Auxito H11 please please please thank you
I have a 2007 mazda 3. Am I better off with LED or HID? I know HID is brighter. I live in the woods in Pennsylvania and we NO street lights and I already got pulled over for using my Light bar.
Will the GTR Ultra 2 work In a projector low beam housing correctly?
Have your tried diode dynamics brightest one and the arc tiny monsters?
Kindly recommend for me the size f bulb GTR for Toyota Corolla 2007 for both dipped and high beam. Thanks
thank you for sharing very good information about LED Lights Love it. But i am using Novsight N60....
You're welcome!
is novaight n60 good? the price is much lower than the gtr and im looking to get led upgrades for my car
States are passing laws restricting headlights to 2500 to 3000 lumens per bulb. So what do you have that actually will be legal to use?
97 Grand Caravan. What would be the best?
I've heard to stick with the side by side LEDs rather than the triangle triple form factor. I ended up getting the triple. But I'm not sure if i installed it right or not. I figured changing bulbs rather than a full headlight housing would be cheaper. But now I'm not all too sure.
The triple I ended up getting is the Mifmia 9007)
Can you test Lucas Lighting bulbs? I'm curoius to see how there bulbs stack up to their published numbers.
Good suggestion, thank you!
What have you got for my 06 subaru outback xt limited?
Will they blind other cars ? I am looking for some powerful lights to blind others as I am sick of being blinded !!!
If aimed correctly, these shouldn't be a problem from oncoming traffic.
Give us a shout and we can help find the best upgrade - sales@headlightrevolution.com or 218-755-5200
Bro looks and sounds like linus i love it
Que hermoso testimonio!!
Muchas gracias ha sido de mucha bendicion para mi vida y me ha tocado de una manera especial.
Can you recommend for my 2008 grand vitara?
do i use the same led light for high beam, low beam, and daytime running lights?
Each vehicle has different bulb sizes for fog light, low beam, and high beam. You will need different bulb sizes to accommodate each one, if you'd like to verify what bulb sizes you need please reach out with your year/make/model - sales@headlightrevolution.com or 218-755-5200
Try the diamond vision f9 . And luxster punisher
We'll add it to the list!
I love the diode dynamics sl1s. Not the brightest, but they work great in my 2013 Accord. Am debating the morimotos 3.0 if they're brighter.
Mine died 3 months later so your mileage may vary 😢
Morimotos 3.0 9012
@@TylerMitchellOfficial bummer. Going on 3 years with no issues. Are the morimotos any brighter in your opinion?
I wish HR offered different color ranges. I went with VLED because of the 5k option. 6k on a vehicle thats not new and higher-end looks cheesy. I dont care how nice you think it looks. Your 2015 GMC with blue headlights looks like an 18 year old found AutoZone
Yeah and also I feel like the lower spectrum 3500k -4k is better for night vision. Sometimes 6k light is hard to see in pitch black conditions. 6k needs things to bounce off of. While 3500k lights up the way.
Looking for LED recommendations for 2018 GMC Canyon that work and fit well in Projector Housing??
Already done the testing! The GTR Ultra 2 was the best.
Low Beam: www.headlightrevolution.com/2015-2020-gmc-canyon-ultra-2-led-low-beam-bulbs_2?quantity=1
High Beam: www.headlightrevolution.com/2015-2020-gmc-canyon-ultra-2-led-high-beam-bulbs_2?quantity=1
Can you guys do a budget list?
Honestly just get some sealight ones there bright asf
My headlight smoked out which one would shine through tinted headlights
We'd suggest Morimoto, GTR Lighting, or the SV4!
Do you sell, or can you recommend LED lights for 2006 Lexus LX 470? Preferably with complete housing to avoid wiring fitting problems
These would be the only solution we have for your Lexus, plug and play H1 LED bulbs. We don't carry full housings for those vehicles.

Have you done any testing with Lucas Lighting? L1, L2, L3, L4, and L5
I think we have them in a box somewhere, we'll have to see!
Any suggestions for a 04 Ford F250?
Has anyone tried Lucas Lighting L-Series led lights? Always wondered if they were worth the price point! Would love to see a review on these if possible.
Noted!
Hey I purchased two pairs.
1. Watt 60w (30w/ bulb) & Lumens 6000LM
2. Watt 50w (25w/ bulb) & Lumens 5000LM
I obviously want high visibility but dont want to blind on coming drivers - what do you suggest?
Maybe some of our other videos have been missed, but we do include Diode Dynamics LED bulbs in our testing: ua-cam.com/video/knbG9TWj3z0/v-deo.html
Truth be told, those are the only one you listed that we would ever recommend besides GTR, Morimoto, SV4.
The GTRs have a lifetime warranty, so please give us a call so we can help! 218-755-5200
How come there is no mention of hikari titanova ? For 2023 this light that goes under $100 sure does make a lot of noise. Really would like to see it in comparison, sight by sight to GTR Ultra, Morimoto 3.0 and S-4
Exactly what I was gonna say. Was looking for this comment otherwise I was gonna write it myself.
We have tested many Hikari's in the past, all of them having relatively the same quality. We'll make a note for future testing.
Yes! The GTR Ultra 2 should be tested with the Hikari 2023 Future titanova. They claim to be the brightest LED in the market as at now. Hope HR makes a comparison test asap.
Don't you know HR are just GTR sponsored videos, they know Titanova blows Ultra 2 out that's why they didn't put them here.
@@ivoriiringa1741 well, Titanova just came out, Ultra been around for some time. Also keep in mind, Ultra is a bit more money, but BIG BUT life time warranty. Titanova is not life time. I hope they make it side by side tho
Can I put these in a w203 benz with halogen refloctor?
Awesome, can we get a best under $50
have u tried the x7-seven aurora and apollo?
The V2 led bulbs don’t last I’ve had 2-sets of low beams on my ram quad non halo leds. Right at the year old mark they fail but I might be interested in the GTR leds 🤔
In the United States, lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment are regulated by the US Department of Transportation (DOT). Even though these types of LED lights can be used in place of an original halogen light bulb, it is not legal to use on vehicles registered for on-street use.
Feel lucky?
I'm looking for a new bulb for my 2008 Honda shadow 750 areo I'm split right now between your H4: GTR LIGHTING CSP MINI vs fortnine ODX H4 S6 LED Bulb. Have you tested the odx models before? Previously I had an hid kit but the bulb was to long touchingq the inside of the headlights glass lens and now the ballist went. It doesn't have alot of room for wires and anti flickers before I routed some to the fork and under the gas tank.
Which one would fit my 2015 Honda civic?
What’s the best for the halogen version of the 2019 Durango? Thought about 9011 conversion but maybe led still can be better?
I would recommend this LED kit for your Durango!

Need a recommendation for a 2019 Nissan Titan SV.
No way in hell I’m speeding 840 for my low high and fog lights. I’m sticking with lastfit for 130 for all 6 bulbs.
Gotta pay to play - as they say, buy once, cry once!
Want to upgrade my 2021 jeep gladiator halogens. What would you recommend.

Phillips Ultinon are the best LED lights I've used and I've tried several. The Phillips are a very bright 6000 Kelvin white light and they are able to be clocked in any position. Some of the absolute worst I've tried are Sylvania LED's as they are extremely dim and produce a terrible purplish unusable light.
Lucas Lighting,L5-H13 PAIR Dual Output claiming 11 x brighter then stock 24000 Lumens $570 Cad a pair, real deal or not??
I need the gtr bulb in a 4x6 housing. What can you recommend?
Vision X makes a sealed beam with replaceable bulbs, not sure if the LED would fit behind the shield though. You might have to try something like the GTR CSP Mini.
www.headlightrevolution.com/Vision-X-Sealed-Beam-Halogen-Headlights-4x6_3?quantity=1

I have a 2023 honda ridgeline rtl. I want to replace the headlight. Whats your recommendation for that. Please advice. Thanks
Do you have an LED Low Beam/Halogen High Beam OEM Headlight? Only the high beam could be upgraded with a 9005 bulb, you can find the best here: www.headlightrevolution.com/bulbs/led/custitem_cat_facet_bulb_size/9005
I love my LED bulbs for brightness but the pattern is so wonky that it is distracting.

Can you check this LED headlights please??
We can look into it!
Hey hello, what about H7 bulbs that have the same form factor as the halogens ? = are able to firmly hold in place by the stock wire holder ( 2009 Audi A6 ). Thanks!
We have H7 Euro Adapters, which would be needed for Euro spec cars like Audi!
Really? Where may I order?
What is the difference between r8 and r11?
Morimoto for me. The qaulity is no other. And it works, the output is significant, but the beam pattern is exactly like stock. Gtr lighting? I think that's just bias of HR
Will the GTR Ultra 2.0 fit in the Alpha Rex Pros, or should i got with the CSP Mini's? Buying the Alpha Rex Pros, just trying to decide on a bulb, the bulbs in the truck i got have even the local police flashing me and are way to bright!
We recommend the Morimoto 2Stroke 3.0 with the H7 Euro adapters for these lights!

Need help looking for 2017 Maxima Headlight bulbs. Their website only provides Fog light options... or does it matter?
All LED/HID bulbs will be sold as fog light bulbs since HIDs/LEDs aren't considered street legal for headlight use in the USA.
@@HeadlightRevolution so based off of your own website which bulbs would you recommend as there are tons of options. I'm looking for reliable and easy to install, LOW beam! 2017 Nissan Maxima with Halogen.

H4 bulb Reflector light what 2 bulbs you suugest ??
For the best H4 bulbs, you'll want to check out SV4, Morimoto 2stroke 3.0, or the GTR Lighting Ultra 2.0!
You need to try the SNGL bulbs. They’re stupid good

I’ve been running type s headlights from AutoZone 10/10 I love them

Why haven't they tested the slyvania bulbs at automata store yet😊
They aren't the best quality or brightness, same with most things like that you can pick up at an auto parts store.
