Question: Which wire is the hazard switch power? I am installing painless wire and it says emergency flasher b+ power, but i dont know the wire that on the steering wheel column any help would be appreciated

Assuming an original T/S switch, the pink wire is the hazard lights feed for the switch. Some current reproduction T/S switches use different color coding, may be some other color. 5th terminal position from the pointed end of the T/S switch Molex connector.

my 72 has died randomly lately and I noticed a voltage drop at the same time. 9.6 v. It restarted a few minutes later at 11.4 volts... just bought part number US88 standard motor products...hole 16 and 18 look burnt at bulkhead

Yes, with enough resistance/voltage drop at that connector, it will stop current flow. Can stall while driving or fail to start. May be having bulkhead connector issues as well. ua-cam.com/video/hN4RpVEi7U4/v-deo.html
