I've had my R.E.D. V2 stonewashed for over three years now. It's my most carried knife by far. Nice flat package that is easily concealable and comfortable to carry. I absolutely love it. Never had a problem with it either. Surprisingly easy to EDC. Try carrying it between your belt and pants. Doesn't print at all.
If someone is an expert knife guy, this man's review will give you the info you need, the reviewer stated important information that the right viewer will interpret the right way, I see some comments giving him shit. The reviewer isn't an expert knife fighter/ instructor, BUT he has given the necessary info in case you are one. Be nice...
I understand what everyone is saying about N690. I have stuff in N690 - I was only saying that I would not classify N690 as "premium". Great review - I'll probably pick one up based on this review. Thank you @Terribly Tactical
Do you have any knife training all? I am confused when people talk about a fighting knife who are not trained. Yes, its a lovely blade. There is no such thing as defense in a knife fight such as blocking.
I practice defensive knife techniques all the time. I have a partner throw punches at my head and i block/ slice with a trainer blade (in the reverse grip).

Yea I'm loving it too! Not a single gripe with this blade or it's performance
Looks great dude, i only own 1 bastinelli but it is top notch
Yea they definitely have some cool well built stuff
I'm liking that blade. Bastinelli produces some fantastic knives.
Sure do!
Beautiful Knife!!! I have a Defcon Hydra that I like to carry....
Nice!
That is a badass knife. If it had a five inch blade, I would buy it in a heartbeat.
Yeah it's pretty cooooo
There is a bigger version of this, it is called the Raptor L.
Cool. I would love a slightly thicker spine and clip point blade
How traditional of you

Indubitably!
How strong is the tip?
That's what she asked...but nah it's held up well for me but I haven't really torture tested it or anything.
@TerriblyTactical thanks brother.
my edc. trust my life with the Raptor in defensive situations
They're awesome blades!
Looks great where are they available?
Bladehq or bastinelli's website
N690 is not what i would call “premium”…
Fair enough but it's a solid higher end middle of the road steel
@@TerriblyTactical n harder than bone n flesh- not a bushcrafting knife anyway. great review man.
@@zexnynex777 much appreciated my dude
It's a decent steel. At any rate, this is defense blade.. it's not for bushcrafting.

I have trouble seeing what your issue is? What did I say that bothered you so much?
I practice defensive knife techniques all the time. I have a partner throw punches at my head and i block/ slice with a trainer blade (in the reverse grip).
Do you have training? Because what you stated is 100% incorrect.
This is false, I have several years of training and REAL EXPERIENCES where being able to block with a knife has saved me some pain.
