@Matthew Allen what? Firstly, that isn't what jealousy is. Second, someone's loyalty or affection is never something "rightfully belong to you". You earn those attributes. And jealousy in relationships is also a toxic response, it's not the "correct way to feel". Not in a healthy relationship anyways
@Matthew Allen forgive me but I do not believe in your god, so that discussion is irrelevant here. My points were towards your incorrect definitions of jealousy vs coveting, and your ideas of loyalty and love being "owed" to you. Relationships, including marriage, takes constant work and effort from both parties to remain healthy. I'm not here to discuss who's at fault in a failed marriage, but merely to say that you arent "owed" any form of continued loyalty or affection if you yourself dont also continue to put in the work. (I use "you " pronouns, but I dont mean you personally, rather a general blanket audience. Obviously I dont know you.) As per cheating, while jealousy is definitely a natural feeling, it's not neccesarily the "correct " one; "correct" being replaceable with "healthy". It shows safety & security in their relationship when they're not affraid to speak up about how they are feeling (at the time). My wife of 32 years passed away on 9/25/20. I've finally learned that women ask us the "what/where are you doing /going" to give us time to think about what we're doing, why we shouldn't, why she'll be mad and what we're gonna do to save ourselves. It's always seen as some kind of trick or game but really they are throwing us a lifeline to pull ourselves up or strangle ourselves. That revelation really changed my entire outlook.
@@Ricardo-sx5xk no denying that. Studies of the brain of men and women show that men TEND TO (can't put enough emphasis on that) not think as long when faced with a perceived threat and TEND to react with violence. While females TEND to think longer about a perceived threat and how she can "get back" at someone without physical violence. Thus, the games begin...both sexes have some petty in their biological makeup. I was mad at a boyfriend because everytime he went to golf, he came home hammered. Meaning he endangered his life and the lives of others on the road. He would crawl into bed thinking I wouldn't notice him getting in, giggling, smelling like a brewery and yacking in the middle of the night or as soon as he woke up. He could be dressed head to toe in his golfing outfits, carrying his caddy and I would ask "Where you off too, babe?" He looked at me like I was stupid. I knew he wasn't going golfing based on the condition of his clubs, caddy and shoes. He "fell in the mud" once with perfectly and miraculously didn't have a spec of dirt anywhere on him. He was going out to party. Wouldn't have cared about him lying to go have a good time, I cared that he was drinking and driving. No overcast whatsoever on hot summer days yet no tan lines whatsoever. When I asked him those questions, I was literally letting him know secretly that I knew what he was really doing. After I figured out what bar, would order an uber for him just to make it a little more aggressive that I knew and wasn't ok with it. I was giving him time to think if he was making intelligent decisions without insulting his ego. Eventually he took it as I was accusing him of cheating. Nope. I was calling him out on doing something extremely dangerous. Some of my finally words to him were asking if he could live with himself knowing he hurt or killed someone. That hurt his ego. It was maybe 2 weeks after that that he was involved in an awful accident with another vehicle. Some women nag or ask things out of insecurity but the OP nailed it. Some of the ladies can say we do it because we love our men and don't want to make them feel like a child by pointing out what we've already observed flat out. We want you to rack your brain and think wisely.

He saw a new tattoo on her and was absolutely pissed because they were struggling financially- so she basically stole from him to get a tat. The fight was very interesting to say the least. Two confrontational people in a pissing contest and damage to the property as both were physical about it. I'm no longer friends wirh her as she forged a check my mom gave her and during interrogation, tried to blame it on me til they showed her the footage of her forging it in her car before going to cash it. Oh my goodness! He’s hilarious! I laughed the whole time. The whole thing was my favorite! Dry Bar finds the absolute best comedians! No cursing. Just their genuinely wonderfully talented funny people! 😂❤️😍. Love Dry Bar! Thank-you!
I was sick with a chesty cough and ended up with a headache watching this. I haven't laughed this much in decades :-)
He's hilarious
Hilarious. Don't know how I stumbled across this but my sides are hurting!
Jeff is really funny. I like the combination with frosts and up the wall 😂😂. Up the wall with frost bites
Froth.
@@wannabecarguy he did say frost tho.
Had to be one of the funniest, yet CLEAN comedian I've ever seen.
I love him! We can relate to so many of his stories...and he’s hilarious...clean comedy!
Jeff, you’re a riot. Great material and great delivery.
Never a dull moment all through the show...This I'm talking after listening to him multiple number of times
Me too. I have seen this several times. Always funny everytime
This is the BEST stand up performance I've seen in my entire life
This just came up on my UA-cam in UK. I have laughed and cried all the way through it. Good clean healthy comedy. This man is a star.
Ditto! 😊
Love the theme, beliefs of Dry Bar.
Jesus, Love, Prayer, clean comedy, such laughter.
True life stories, what is, has has been, will be.
So very much!!!!! 🥰
I love how he delivers his jokes! So animated and fun to both watch and listen too. Hope to see more from this one!
Gee, my husband sure is a lucky man! For 45 years I’ve “communicated” directly to him!! LOL!!!
My husband passed years ago . I felt as you spoke , that he would have been much like you . Keep on keeping on 😆 Thank you!
Start life over now Suzanne, I'm interested in Marriage again also.
He belongs to the generation that actually LIVED the lives.
Yep those were simpler times! Stresses in a relationship become memories worth laughing about later
Wish I could invite this man to dinner & hear more of his classic observations. A
Very likable persona.
@@rhonda.mwerner2562 I couldn't agree with you more. If couples do not take every harsh word to heart. They can rationaly see the pettiness of the quarrle, & realize, it's okay to be heated up without burning the romance out. It shows safety & security in their relationship when they're not affraid to speak up about how they are feeling (at the time). My wife of 32 years passed away on 9/25/20. I'd give anything to have her express herself loudly. I need her & her voice back. I'm broken inside.
Without helmets or seatbelts and lived to tell about it!🤔😷🇨🇦
I’m younger than him but blessed to have been born early enough to enjoy a rich and free childhood like he described.
I died laughing through this entire act. This is top quality comedy in my opinion. The delivery and stage presence of this man is perfectly crafted by his love of comedy. Much respect!
That revelation really changed my entire outlook.
smart man.
Its still a game though
@@Ricardo-sx5xk true, I should have said "malicious game" that's more of what I meant. It's manipulation through and through but I don't believe it's coming from a bad place more times than not.
@@mikedrop4421 And not all females are that way. We're just wired differently. Men tend to confront, women....IDK how to describe it...tend to dance around the issue and not be confrontational. But I know lots of women who are very confrontational and go straight to the problem. Stayed with a friend and her boyfriend for a few nights. I'd kill to see that interrogation tape and her face when the detective played his ace.
I needed this guy! I just had the golf club situation happen to me about a week ago and it played out exactly how he said it did after I answered the question incorrectly.
There is a huge problem though - why are you not allowed to go to play golf once you are married...........
@@kmm62627 because a lot of women don't like their men to go off and have their own fun. All of our enjoyment must be shared with the wife and kids.
I''ll be celebrating my 30 year anniversary later this year. There is much truth in this man's words it would behoove a young couple to tune in to.
This feels pretty depressing to me. If the genders were switched we wouldn't hesitate to label is misogynistic and abusive
We don't want to scare them now 😂
Jeff Allen is really funny! I saw him on a different show/channel called “Thou Shalt Laugh.” Funny guy. I’m glad I was able to hear him again on Dry Bar.
So smart, so honest, so funny. Finally a real comic with real material! God bless you!
I love how he calls his wife by name...Tammy's my new best friend.
I love you, too ♥️ Delora S.
His timing is amazing!
ROFLMAO spot on man, "do you want to be right, or do you want to be happy?" I had to figure that out the hard way, no one around to give me advice
Really funny and without swearing or smut. Fantastic. What a relief.😁😁😁
😂😂😂O My Gosh!!!! My ribs!!!! He's one of my favourite comedians.
Clean jokes that will make you laugh and keep you awake at night 🤣😂😆.Goodjob sir !Thankyou and God bless!
Saving this one to watch again.
This guy is great! I would pay to see him perform!!
He is awesome! So good to see Christian comics represented.
I actually laughed out loud through the whole episode. This guy is funny.
YES! This guy is the 20-year-older me. Scary as hell, yet hysterical and I can’t wait 😂
Robert Howell You know...some say comedy is rooted in pain, and maybe...just maybe, I feel his. It probably takes someone real insecure to heckle another member of the audience. Good for you, buddy 👍
The part about teenagers and childhood was the best 😅 I wish he was my grandfather. So funny and wise 😊❤
The love language of his parents🤣. My grandpa would rattle the ice in his cup. When the effort of moving because too much for her, the grandkids and great grandkids would climb all over each other to get the man a drink🤣🤣. 63yrs...they were a wonderful couple.
Beautiful and hilarious at the same time.
Jeff is a natural. Flow and delivery were flawless. Chairlift joke was hilarious. 😆
This man is honestly a Comedic Genius! I laugh at truly everything he says!
