This series needs to cover all the games chronologically. It’d be awesome to get his BTS (sorry Sevan) input to the workouts, how he was feeling, what he thought during the workout, strategy, what other athletes were saying about the workout before and after, etc.

You should do something about pre workouts, routines, or post workout tips or supplements that you think work and don’t work and what you’ve used etc That’s something I’m sure everyones curious to know your thoughts on

Matt what's your thoughts on adding micro lb/kg increments to lifts like this in order to separate yourself from the pack ? i.e. If you went for 381lb or even 380.5lb could that have improved your score even more without adding too much difficulty to the lift to the point where you could fail?
