This is so nicely described as I thought that you rediscovered the wheel and went straight ahead with one Toshiba Chromebook 2 to remove the enrollment, but it is not working at all, as after restart again the same enrollment login page appears. Maybe this solution that you have described is only for some older models that do not have recent protection??
