Reset your Chromebook in 60 seconds. Keyboard combination for Powerwash

Using a couple of key sequences you can fully reset (powerwash) your Chromebook or Chromebox to factory settings and leave the disk free of any traces of use. [More info below]

When in a session: CTRL-SHIFT-Q-Q will log you out. (If you were using guest mode you're quite 'clean' already.)
To perform the Power Wash use CTRL-ALT-SHIFT-R to start the reset sequence. On reboot you have to confirm you want to start the power wash and in this demo that took just 28 seconds. 30 seconds later the PC was clean.
Useful for people wanting to run a clean computing environment. This is not a full privacy solution but forms part of a good strategy for privacy.
Also in the video: VPN is available in guest mode.

what would have made sense in connection with power wash and OS is a USB/Flash drive / dongle restore. E.g. reset, reboot, plug in USB drive and it automatically restores your (chosen) preferences. Time saved. Optional are settings regarding the external USB hard drive or SD card. Otherwise it's 1 min. to reset and 1-5 hours to redo a basic setup.
