    Hey Lacey! Great video and insights on how to get back on track. You're right, it's what we do over the span of day, or even weeks, of food choices whether good or bad. I am going through your protein shake videos to help with my weight loss. I've made the blueberry muffin and pink power protein shakes and they are absolutely delicious!!     I'm seriously over weight and decided to start my weight loss journey just last week...I follow Lwr fitness do intermittent fasting and that did work for me b4. I lost a ton of weight but life happened and I gained it all back. Anyway had a bad day yesterday didn't feel like being good so I wasn't. I have a binge eating problem that I'm trying to combat, anyway usually I can lose motivation quite quickly and I could of easily well decided to make today another bad eating day, but no I said I'm not falling off the wagon that easily no pain no gain.... Got right back on track and hope to keep it going....I love carbs but they don't love me endomorph apple shape hard too lose it easy too put it back on. But I eat low carb no carb Tuesday & Thursday for the whole day, then the other days if I eat carbs which I normally do. I make sure there healthy carbs nutrient dence meals. I do not count calories Or macro's niether will I tried and done that it doesn't work for me. let's face it thats just a headache and life to short to be trying to figure out how much calories 1/2 a cup of broccoli has I ain't got time for that. As long as I have a round about figure of how many carbs sugars calories on my plate that's good enough for me. I lost loads of weight by not counting cals than when I did do all of that. Also I just watch my portion sizes use smaller plates etc....Sometimes just simplifying things is the best way to go without all the extra added stuff. When I lose the weight I want to make sure I'm successful on keeping it off which is a battle with in it's self for me wish me luck.

    Im watching all your videos. They are excellent. ❤ I'm just starting this. We want to dive into only produce. Nothing with labels but i think i will start out this direction so my body doesn't go into shock and I dont feel crappy. Plus we need to use up my protein powder I've only made once. We have lots of cheese we need to use up too. Then, I think we will be ready to eat clean. You have so much knowledge. Thank you
