Fuel problems continue to haunt the RSX....

Sometimes you get lucky and find real cheap or in this case free solutions to problems! But ofcourse it wouldnt be my rsx if it didn't need a retune again.....

Got a fuel pump at rock auto. Dropped fuel tank found a leak on a hose there. Fixed fuel problem. Replaced evap valve also. Which is near top of your engine. Got a code reader at habor freight cleared codes. Passed smog. Let’s go!

First off just wanna say thank you so much for making these videos. As an RSX owner (04 type S) they have helped me out a lot . My fuel issue is a continuing headache since I bought the car a year ago. Once I get a half a tank I just dump fuel, literally… I can be a 1/2 tank hit VTech once and 5-10 miles later if I’m lucky.. my gas light comes on and I’m on E😤. I replaced the fuel pump also I have MDX injectors. There was once a supercharger installed prior to me buying the car a year ago but the previous owner said he put everything back to the stock even programming it back in stock mode in Honda as well. I’m new to Hondata, honestly is difficult to understand and not a lot of help online besides average Joe’s like myself trying to learn lol. I heard my Hondata settings could cause an issue but don’t know exact settings for fuel programming. If you understand programming and have any videos on how the hell you get that program that would be beyond awesome lol. My issue is, once I get to 1/2 a tank I start having issues with horsepower , third gear starts puttering, and then in no time I’m on E..Once I put gas in it to a full tank no problems until I’m back at a 1/2 tank. Was wondering if you ever figure it out fully what your fuel issue was or have any opinions maybe what the hell is going on with my car? Thx again Bro

hey Serg, i just ordered the hose in the video you posted in 2018. the gates 5/16s submersible fuel line hose. you thinking this a bad choice now?
cant tell if it ripped because the diameter is too tight or what? thanks, rob-
