Severely underrated game, soundtrack, remix, and remixer all rolled into one
The new GaMetal album, Side-Quests Volume 1, will be out tomorrow over at gametal.bandcamp.com ! And once again... it will be FREE! (With an option to donate if you'd like :D).

YASSSSSSS, the best song of a very strong album from one of the best RPGs ever made! You did good with it, let there be no doubt.
I still want to hear you do some old school FM Namiki, though. The first stage of Thunder Dragon II, Fly to Live I, is incredibly good and I think there's a lot of arrangement potential in adapting from the OPN/OKI to modern instrumentation.

This and Echoes of the Spiral are my two favorite songs from this REALLY good soundtrack. It was a great choice for a cover!

Would love to hear some metal remixes for some of the less obvious metal songs like the one when you're exploring the crimson dragon palace, or the nostalgic emotional song that plays when you're visiting the barren/empty gem-people city trying to find that one girl hiding who is the guardian of that serial killer gem lady.

Here's a couple of requests for songs I'd love to see:
1. Dance of Death (The Last Story), although I'm not sure how it can be surpassed honestly.
2. Julius Belmont Theme (Castlevania Aria of Sorrow), for the return of a Castlevania cover.

The more I see gameplay footage from LoM the more I'm convinced I'm the only person who uses plunge attacks to infinite combo power attacks. Also by this quest your 2h sword can easily have over 200 or 300 attack power iirc.

I would like to suggest the Dark Crafter boss theme from Kirby and the Rainbow Curse. One of the most AMAZING final boss themes I've ever heard, despite the actual final boss itself being absolutely terrible. Like seriously. Like, just go listen to it. It blows my mind so much, it needs to be heard to be believed.

Not trying to sound selfish, but can you maybe do another Touhou remix? particularly Kaguya's theme: Flight of the bamboo cutter - Lunatic Princess from Touhou 8: Imperishable Night?
Best way to inch your way toward getting a requested song done is to join his Patreon - supporters above a certain threshold get to suggest songs and get put into fairly regular drawings to see which he picks. This song was one such request.
Otherwise you're really left waiting to see if there's a thorough enough support from the comments en-masse to nudge Jonny into doing a song, which is less likely to happen with a game that isn't a Big Hit Swarming The Internet Of the Moment, like Undertale was last year for example.
Osama Ayachi agreed, although Heian Alien would also be nice.

This was great. I'm really hoping to see a cover of "The Time of Decisive Battle", which is Corvus's theme from Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies. Another coll one would be "Transcendence", which is Lucius's theme from Brave Frontier. Keep up the good work!

The game was gorgeous, it had excellent music and fantastic stories, but I always felt it was way too easy. I played it through a lot of times and only died once. Of course there was a more difficult mode, but it only increased the hp of enemies a _whole lot_, which is pointless. :L Could've been the best game of its time.
Anyway, great take on an awesome song.
