Hey Taylor quick question. How do you go about selling solar to someone who’s ‘been through this process before’ ? Some neighborhoods are dominated by other similar companies with great salesmen

Question... When you were quoting the utility side long term cost, let's say at $75k. And then on the Solar side you say it's about 56k. That's only for the Solar and roof side right? That's not calculating the 39% utility cost as well correct? Because if you get the $72,000 and multiply it by .39 you get $28,000. So the true "Apples to Apples" comparison would be $56,000 + $28,000 which is about $84,000. You don't think it would be good to clarify that for complete transparency? Because a customer might not remember everything you said so they hear Apples to Apples and remember the $72k vs the 56k . But then in the weeks before install if the customer shows information to friend or family members, someone else might explain it to them and then the customer thinks you misled them. I know at some point the customer said " oh so the 39$ on low months might be $60 and some months $100. So it seems the customer understands the basic concept but other people who are more analytical might feel misled in mu opinion. Everything else in the presentation was awesome tho that was my only concern. Thanks for sharing the great information and tips!

Thanks for bringing us along with you on this close. I did notice you told them the ITC ends this year... I'm sure you're aware it just drops to 22% (depending on Congress passing the new bill putting it back to 30%) I mainly commented on this because there are so many reps that will try and duplicate word for word what knowledge you're dropping, just don't want disinformation being spread

Nice presentation bro. but, you were too conservative with the annual raises. To be honest, with the biggest inflation in the last 40 years, with the constant FED raises, we know it will be higher. Congrats on the sales. These customers are ideals customers, understanding facts and numbers.

to me its a bit odd but makes sense over long term. if avg bill was 200 and then it becomes 200+ 49% of 200 so $300 bill to get 120-200 savings in 25 years? math doesnt add up tbh

Thanks for sharing, love that you work AT NIGHT the hustle is real!!! 🫡😤 For sure one thing I noticed when it comes to door-to-door if you don't build a rapport and you don't establish that emotional connection one of the biggest things that will hold you back is the lack of trust and them just not feeling comfortable with the person. But you have definitely shown if you can gain that trust immediately they will be sold on you and t hats the real close 🎉🎉🎉🎉
