That thinking about pulling back with your elbows was a game changer for me. It was so weird, that nothing changed other than thinking differently and it activated my lats completely. Now on back days, my back/lats are destroyed and not my forearms and biceps. Thank you so much
Pulling with the elbows has worked very well for me over the years . Back when I first started taking bodybuilding seriously I had the same issue with getting more of a bicep and forearm pump rather than in my lats .

Here’s a pro tip that worked for me over the years. When you’re doing the workout close your eyes and focus on the feeling of your back, if you’re with a gym partner have him touch your back in certain spots
