      I do not at the moment just the insulin pump. Diabetes def is no joke and most don't realize it because you don't physically see the disease. Gotta deal with the cards given to you and be grateful for another day of life!!!! Being one since age 4 I really don't know what it's like to be normal

    I am not going to argue with Hulk ha-ha, Brent, on the old machines. I mean if you don't believe him, Dorian's videos are out there, I am certain his results speak volumes. As for the energy portion, it makes sense to me why bodybuilders add more aminos the closer a competition is happening.

      @@forsaken7161 This technique is used to maximise the blood flow in the muscle by restricting it for eg you're doing biceps curls or training arms just like in the video, the blood flow will increase in the arm only by restricting the blood to flow through out the body and hence the blood reaches the every fibre of the arms muscle which force them to grow even more bigger and stronger.

    How many sets and reps for each work out?

      Most people who do bfr do 3 for each I did 4 triceps ans 4 biceps 30 reps first set then 15 to 20 for sets 2 thru 4

      Higher reps are ideal with BFR Training, but you can still see great results with reps under 15.

    Who would work out arms with arm bands on? Kinda insane. Increase the blood circulation in order to constrict it.

      It's not insane. BFR Training been studied for years and has tons of research to back up the benefits.

    I'm very doubtful about this. Yes it feels great the engorged pump, but you're not actually building any muscle. Negative tension is the way to go, and don't go to heavy, just put all effort in flexing muscle, you'll get that same pump but for real.

    My elbow starts to hurt doing tricep and bicep same day. Not sure why

      Why I switched over to BFR training instead of gritting my teeth through arm day I enjoy it and don't feel the pain and my arms have never been bigger. For someone like me who struggles with elbow pain and shoulder pain this is a must for me. I sprinkle it in with other body groups but I haven't trained non bfr for arms In about a year

      Possibly some tendonitis going . Working with lighter weights and considering training styles similar to the BFR style could help with this. Less load on joints.
