I can’t stand shopping for spring stuff during the middle of winter. It’s like I love something but can’t use it for 4 months. Lol.
yes its the time to reorganize ur lures and judt prep. cause if u try to irder lures in apr may alotta stuff will be on backirder so u gotta buy ur crap in winter.
Dang we just started winter debo
I like the BOSS jigs. 4 in a pack just add skirts. 5/16ths is also my go to and BOSS has that weight in most of their jig heads. .... lipless for sure. I throw them all fall, winter and spring
You cannot beat a war eagle…
I love the Booyah One Knocker Lipless. I have caught some good fish over the years on this bait slow rolling off the bottom banging it off chunk rock like a squarebill 😁👍
Living in Iowa makes it fun to watch the transition in the channel. It's been bad weather but also just hovering around that freezing point.
Love the unboxings though!
Hey Debo, great spring selection!
As someone who just started gaining confidence in A Rig fishing, 2 suggestions for your Flash Mob Jr. First, swap out those jig heads for lighter jigs that have a 90 degree line tie. Fewer snags from shore with the weight loss, and 90 degree line ties run better. (1/8 oz Guppy head are great) Second, run smaller dummy baits than your hooked baits, to draw more attention to the hooked baits. You can even experiment with flashier colors on the hooked baits.
Thanks for your hard work, humble nature, and great info!
Highly recommend upgrading the snaps on that A-rig. Had a few open up on first use. No problems after new snaps.
Love the finesse war eagle jigs
The thing that I like about running a Keitech on a Spinnerbait is that it falls slower which allows me to run a heavier full size Spinnerbait and I can slow roll it and still stay higher in the water column so that I can fish over the top of grass flats without getting bogged down in the grass. I didn't get the chance to fish much this year but in 2021 I only threw the Spinnerbait once but I had a heart breaker of a bite. I got absolutely hammered and didn't have my drag set 😭
Some great baits debo can't wait for some spring feeshin here in Michigan.
I wanna get into the finesse jig game baby! Let's go!
My favorite gotta be the finesse jigs and spinnerbaits
Can't wait for spring already... but I guess I'll give ice fishing a shot x.x
Those finesse jigs look awesome. I'm new to A-rigs myself, but from what I've gathered I would put the hooks on the middle, and one of the bottom ones. Also, try a different color swimbait in the middle as a sort of "bullseye" for the fish to hone in on. Then if they miss they're still likely to get the hook below it. Hope that helps!
Go into UA-cam, see a lure unboxing/review from Debo - say to myself, welp, tackle warehouse order coming up. 😂
79°in Shady Hills Fl.. Today guys. Great unboxing covered it all.Hard bait feast !
Land it with a Bandit........boy in the 70's their stuff was raw. I own a discontinued "Flat Max" it's a beast! Tie on one knocker early spring.
My go-to jig this year has been the 6th sense ball head finesse jig ⁵/¹⁶. Stout hook and a twist lock for the trailer keeper. The only downside has been the paint on the head chips too easy for my liking.
Love what you do, bud!
I love War Eagle Spinning baits.Always catch fish using a fluke type trailer. I just got some of the Yum Scottsboro swimbaits to try
@2DEBOSFishing I am asking here how to claim a prize i won?
Some of those war eagle finesse jigs with some heavier ones for the river and lighter weight for lake and ponds from the bank! Good timing hopefully catch some on holiday specials! Hope your family and you are staying healthy!
Same here brother , the blacklight and hard candy anything with the purkle is my confidence color. great vid as always. Offer still stands if you and Dizzle want to come to South Carolina this winter ill take y'all out on the fishing funtoon!
green pumpkin/purple my confidence color jig in iowa/illinois as well
I like War Eagle just because of Auburn. 🐅🦅
Several great days this fall in South Dakota using Scottsboro swimbaits for LMB and SMB... outperformed the Megabass I used in the warmer summer months. Super solid dudes in their Scottsboro, AL tackle store as well. Humble and informative.
would luv to see more gear reviews!
This time last year the lake already had ice on it, can't wait for spring, just bought the curado 7'2 mh glass for chatters and cranks
And here I thought I was done buying tackle for a few months. Thanks for the excuse to keep feeding my addiction lol
Excellent unboxing Debo can't wait for spring!
Love the lure vids!!
Purple works great because Gizzard shad here in the midwest often will have a purple line or hue up top, and of course purple is a great perch/bluegill color when combined with chartreuse. In stained or deeper water with less visibility light will often break up and completely change the color we see above water to a different color below the surface.
Debo thanks man gonna grab me some of those jigs
Jason Christie won the Classic on the Ju Jigsu jigs!
Great picks for spring Debo. Can't beat that War Eagle jig, and I also have that Yum Flash Mob Jr umbrella rig. Looking forward to trying that for sure. Booyah! I may not watch your videos the same day you post them, but I will watch them all !! 👍 Thanks man. ✌🏻😎🎣
Love those lurenet snags. Love their custom paint shop.
I’m already planning my spring plan of attack
War Eagle spinner baits are my favorites!
That Flash Mob is the final boss of clam shells... I plan to chuck more jigs again next year. The A rigs intrigue me but I wouldn't know where to start with one.
Great video. Can’t wait for spring.
Debo, great video, brother. I really enjoyed this video. I always need ideas for spring lures, and you have delivered, as always. I am definitely going to scoope me up some of those lure net spookes. Thank you for doing what you do for the fishing community!!! 🎣🎣🎣
I like that zebra square bill.
I haven’t been able to add any more jigs to my collection since August! We picked up a huge box of them from someone selling their tournament collection… so I think I’ve got about 100-150 jigs that haven’t been tossed yet. I’ll definitely be trying out some of the more finesse ones once I’ve got more space!
Every time you doing an in boxing, it makes my tackle warehouse bill go up
Awe shucks!
Hey I got a shout out 🤣🤣🤣 Would love to see Debo slam big bass next season from the Jon Boat with that A-rig and Glide Baits.
Those finesse jigs look great. I got some ned rigs, jika rigs, finesse baits from TW (using Debo's code ofc) to work on my finesse game.
My favorite combo that has caught me everything from small mouth bass, to walleye and even catfish: 3/8 Picasso Little Spotty finesse jig in holographic shad, paired with a 3.3 Keitech Fat Swing Impact in sexy shad
Like the boyo... colors, size, and the name.
I enjoyed watching that video and I learned some things. I especially like the segment where you discussed the jigs and the trailers, great explanations of which to use depending on the circumstances. Thanks DEBO 👍🎣
Can't wait to find some war eagle jigs around me
Cant wait for the spring, I am buying myself so much new tackle this Christmas
Love those custom painted spooks! Also huge fan of war eagle jigs & spinners. Oh hell! I like them all😂great unboxing 👊
Dummies on top of the a rig fish almost always hit the bottom and maybe downsize dummies just a bit or upsize hooked baits. Works great
luv the epic vid brotha! keep it up!
Man Debo got me wanting to go fishing already and spring is so far away !! Great videos man keep it going 👍 👌
Here’s to all the folks that have to wait till spring for open water fishing🍻I would go bat @&$! crazy if I resided up north
Randizzle convinced me to get several packs of the war eagle heavy finesse jig. I’m planning on throwing jigs for the first time this spring and summer and figured his glowing recommendation along with the price for a 2 pack made them a good option for a beginner like me
For an a-rig tip, use smaller and less action for your dummy baits. Gives the bass ideally a less interest on hitting the dummy baits.
Great review on those lures you do a great job of explaining the details about those lures
Thanks for videos like this. Just got back into fishing and the aisles at Fleet Farm are packed full of so much. I never know what works. I've found some winners but stuff like this will make me learn and try some new lures.
Love the War Eagle Finesse jigs ! Never would’ve tried them if it weren’t for this channel!
I'm defining going to be picking up some finesse jigs
Great video I like the YUM swimbaits umbrella ready baits
Great video debo
Thanks Debo for the good work you do on the videos Merry Christmas
I think the umbrella rig looks solid!!!! I have to get into them too. I think Illinois only allows 2 hooks also.
Lipless for me Debo 👍👍👍.
Nigel (Chicago)
Great video as always !
Hi Debo, I just started using the umbrella rigs too. I cut off the extra wire to make mine legal. Seems to work out and I have caught a few smallmouth.
Seriously?
I'm going with the Yum umbrella rig.
Burly and then you?? Christmas came early!!
My two favorite finesse jigs from last season you could give a try: the grunt 3/8 blue craw and 6th Sense finesse jig 5/16 in blk/blue. Both have awesome strong hooks. Can't wait for the pre spawn!
woohhhh new video thanks for the tips
Appreciated the jig trailer thoughts sir.
First to comment 🥇, and first in your hearts!🤣😂🤣😂JK!!! Happy holidays everyone from snowy Chicago!☃️🎣🎄🎅🦌🎁
Bruh! You’re everywhere first lmao.
Was just in Chicago this week. That little Christmas village was cool that you’ve got downtown. Good eats too. 👌🏽
@Josh B I'm glad you enjoyed your visit. That big rusty building where the German Christmas village is located is our county courthouse, the Daley Center. The tall dragon statue was made by Pablo Picasso. There are so many cool things and places in Chicago!
Spinner bait for sure
Lipless in the Spring works great in my area.
Throw spinnerbaits in Canada for northern pike 🎣
I'd have that arig tied on. I need to get mine tied on and get in the kayak and give it a throw along with the medium to large sized swim baits and larger sized glides
Sooooo, you're actually paying Dizzle in War Eagles?! OK!!!
I feel like I can catch all the fish in the world with chrome and a gold lipless crankbait. I even modified a chrome in a video to catch even more bass.
Take that coleslaw war eagle snd paint the smaller blade day glo red for the spring. You're welcome
Great video Debo! Nice selection for springtime. Keep up the great work buddy! Happy holidays 🎅 #RANDIZZLE
Enjoy the videos hope you get the A rig mastered so I can watch and learn
I am liking the finesse game lately! Did well with the bitsy jig last year, so those finesse his look great!!
Awe, I thought I won! I guess not! Stupid spam people!
Thank you for putting out an awesome video. You have a perfect timing. I had to put my second dog down in two months today and I got to come home and listen to you talk about Lewers. It made me feel better. Thank you.
Debo check out the Mop Duece Rig by Hog Farmer. Sweet set up for us Iowa boys with only 2 hooks.
Pricey though
Spring? I guess I forget there is a world outside of Florida lol
Oh Randy
I want a little A rig/ whatever it’s called around here. I learned not to stock a thing! Never know what they’re eating! Getting better w the spinner bait tho
What’s the pirates favourite fishing lure????
The pop… Arrgghh
🤫🤫🤫
with a name like sweet beaver u cant go wrong
I mainly fish from a kayak. Therefore, I'm a bit limited on how many rods I can carry. When cranking if I want to quickly change a crankbait I am forced to tie on as I carry two cranking rods only , how do you feel about using snaps on crankbaits. I hear that it affects the action but my thought is to use it until I can find a pattern and then directly tie. Your thoughts ?
Debo Listen to Bassgeek. Scottsboro makes a nice swimbait.
I would love to see you throwing the A-rig
Today’s subscriber suggestion is awesome but go the next step and dial in the combo with lines and lure sizes or weights
Where did you get the Pop R hoodie? Looking for a good Christmas present for my friend.
also on the A-rig you can put more blades instead of the dummies'
I have that yum flash mob and I never have any luck
@_DEBOSFishing1 nice try scammer
if anyone can help, im trying to get into a swimbait rod to throw 1-5 oz hardplastic treble glidebaits and im having trouble picking a rod, im debaiting between the SLX HF 7'8 2-8oz, the mojo bass HF 7'10 1-4oz, the daiwa dx MHF 8' 1-6oz, or daiwa rebellion 7'11 HF.
any info or better recommendations would be a huge help
I’m a new subscriber
I was the first like!
You started it early… tackle organization and buying tackle for spring 🤦🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️ what else can we do
Keitechs are good but they’re aren’t durable and rust hooks if you leave it on.
