As an engineer who is an avid angler I love the thought put into the harness system. Having a "Hevi" version to fish deep and a standard to fish shallower designed the same way for continuity in manufacturing is very thoughtful. I love that the texture was covered in the video. I work in the plastics industry and seeing the understanding of the raw material characteristics in how they affect action is great. Looking forward to the final product 👍🏼

Hey Chris when is the loaded version going to come out. if I'm not mistaken I've only seen the unloaded one.
I’m a huge megabass guy, I think they make some of the best products out there and don’t think anybody can deny the quality of their products. I hate I been seeing folks hate on you leaving megabass and then making a swimbait that looks like that magdraft but how I see it is that you seen a hole in the market for a line-thru swimbait that nobody else has done before. I mean at first look it might have the same sort of shape and look but the action and design is completely different. I’m from Fl and It would badass to see it in like a 8in weedless made in a golden shiner color, seems a missing color in the market😂 been fishing the working class zero citizen lately just cause how weedless it is. But congratulations on the new bait bro, I think its Really dope🔥🔥 I can’t wait to pick a few up and try them out!!!🤙🏻🤙🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Sold. Loved that you showed the behind the scenes build process. Most bait companies don’t spotlight the design team and individuals who put in all the hours to come up with the right way to make the bait work. Very cool product and looking forward to catching some tanks on it. Keep up the hard work man you are killing it.
Hopefully the medium sink version will swim flatter through the water - top hook line through fills a huge hole in the market!

Brother that line through design...🔥🔥🔥🔥 my biggest beef with a certain bottom treble style bait, was not being able to bottom bump it. I can already tell that 7” is about to be a big player for me, once I can get it. I haven't been this stoked about a mass produced bait since Brandon P’s glide bait.

he's basically fixing all the problems with the magdraft, most notably the retrieve speed. i can't wait to get my hands on a few of these.
Are they problems or just your problem? Every bait is to be fished a certain way, not your way.
@@KriticullCTRL the magdraft can basically only be fished at one speed. IMO that is a limitation of the magdraft. the new daingerous swimbait can be fished slow/medium/fast so it is more versatile.
Man I hope we can get some of these down in Australia.
These would be dynamite on our big Murray cod and barramundi.
Only question is can it handle a 100 pound fish ?
Love the hook hanger. I’ve been swimbait fishing exclusively for small mouth for the last few years and the fact that I can switch to a hook that is a tad bit smaller than the hook that comes stock is a game changer.
I'll buy some to test PERIOD. It looks good and that top hook keeper looks like great design. I hope the durability of the nose and line thru is good and thought out also. Even the magdraft after a big bite or 2 is done. The harness system tears or the swimbait starts to swim off keel. Looking to buy and test. Great job on the design by you two.
It’s definitely taken a little more time for us to perfect the durability around the nose. Been some fine tuning 👊🏽

Very interested bc if you can swim it faster and it won’t roll that’ll be nice. Do have a question in regards of the hook placement though. Was the hook put that far back so it can balance out?
I was cutting out and custom rigging the baits I used before when fishing deeper depths, and so that hook alignment you see on the Loaded is exactly where (over the years) the hook worked best

@@tommybrown3786 - they're available unrigged on bass pro and out of stock on tackle warehouse (it claims 2/27)... those are the only two sites I looked at... pretty sure I heard them say they were offering two styles: Loaded and Unloaded... that might simply mean the weight of them but the only differential listed was either 6" or 7". Not 100% sure what that means in term of weight.
@@tommybrown3786 - after scrolling through the comments, he answered the question--some of the unloaded ones are currently available on bass pro... don't know the release date for the loaded version and additional colors.

Ever thought of a 3rd version with a titanium wire weed guard attached to the front of that innovative hook harness? Loaded, Half Cocked and Unloaded versions.

@@Zaldaingerous yes I’m fishing Carter’s lake and doing the whole finesse swimbait for ditches but if they are prespawnint I just Bought some of the chartreuse ones I might throw it around the docked and rocky points in that 10ft and less water
My rod and reel set up is a 8ft swimbait rod from st croix and a curado in a 5 gear ratio would you say I should use a faster reel or is that fine ?

It looks good Chris, very similar to the Megabass but a flatter bottom.
They are in the same category of swimmer type for sure but they def aren’t the same bait and those that know and fish this style will see that
@@Zaldaingerous I know you don't know my credentials and maybe they aren't close to yours but I have some experience with both the Mag Slowly and Magdraft and in 5 years in New England I'm at around 50+ 5 lbs fish in the last 5 years, 10 over 5 easy average and would love to help you endorse them. I can see in the Prespawn how they can put some weight in the live well. Yeah we fish out of aTracker175 with a 25 merc but I will stick some on that bait. If you're looking for any product pushers, please take me into consideration. I do Ok for the Northeast, and my pictures will show I'm worthy. After watching some of the footage there has been a few takes that looks like the bait has a big head lift that leaves the body unnatural of real big baits. Their heads aren't up swimming with tail and body down wagging back and forth. I hope those were proto types and that is fixed.
