    As a half-Japanese who lives abroad, I'm happy that japanese style ramen is now popular worldwide, especially tonkotsu, but this is the kind of ramen that reminds me if my childhood! 懐かしい醤油ラーメン❤

    Hello from Italy, please I have a question about boiling noodles: is water salty or plain? Pasta in Italy is always boiled in salty water, so I am unsure about how to proceed.
