Why do I have to have my 20 year old baby not start to find this channel?! You rock! I think Chupacabra was involved with all of this mayhem, poor squirrel probably died of fear!
Thank you so much for this video you just save me a s*** ton of money and headache. My truck was a no crank no start a tapped on the starter wiggle the wires and there goes I need a new starter! Thanks again.
Wish we had mechanics like you around where I live they just want to throw it on a flatbed and take to shop so they can charge hundreds of dollars more.
Hey man i hope you still use this channel but my truck (2002 dodge ram 1500 5.9 mag) i just replaced the starter, and no turn, no crank. Been researching, but nothing.
@@flores42c57 Did you ever find the issue? Im about to replace the starter on mine and when it still doesn't work, i'll look for whatever you did last for me to check next. That's how my luck goes. meh.
@@RedLeg13BYes it was the negative terminal and negative cable connected to battery and starter. I replaced the starter at first and no luck. Try out your cables and terminals. Good luck
Man i laughed so hard when you put up the side-by-side of Peter. :D

In memory of: little buddy (RIP)

Nice! Make sure the wires aren't full of corrosion. If the wires are good a new starter should do the trick
@@themechanic6117 thanks bro. This made a shiiiiit day work out. I am moving out of my place on my last load and this bitch died in my driveway.

Is power getting to the starter? Is the engine properly grounded?
"Wake up little buddy"
Poor squirrel. Must have been killed by a dead Ram. 3:55 hahaha

Have the same issue, changed stater and same result. Can it be the cables?
Yes bad cables can cause a no crank
@@themechanic6117 Yea I noticed a tear on a negative cable, taped it up and nothing

You know where the starter relay is on that truck?
I'm pretty sure I showed the starter relay location in this video
@@themechanic6117 I have a 2006 2500 and I’m thinking it’s behind the F’in fuse box. Baffled
