Holy your godsend I’ve spent the past 2 hours confused what heck shape my head is everything keeps saying “measure” but no explanation whatsoever what head shape those measurements even coincide with. I was so confused whether my head was round or oval but after you said Asian heads are round thank you solved my confusion I’m Asian my head is round

Great video. I find it very hard to know what helmet shape is what, the last helmet I got was a little on the small side, but I only realised after buying it and using it for a good 30 mins, I then had a massive red mark on my forehead (and a headache!). That was a Shark, which I thought, were oval, but clearly not, seems each model can be anything really.

Still having ZERO Success finding a Dual-Sport / Dirt helmet for adult with a LONG OVAL shape. Emailing all of the more prolific brands, and Not ONE has offered-up a suggestion for Long Oval.
I would be Thrilled to have some recommendations from those with firsthand LO experience.
