I have said before. But it is worth saying again: I am so happy I found your channel. You have helped improved the quality of my life: via great recipes; alternative food items (dairy free, gluten free, and often low fodmap); as well as with your sunny disposition. I don't know if you realise how much you have helped me, as well as many, many others. So, thank you from the bottom of my heart. If you ever create a cookbook, I would definitely buy it 💗
Wow! I finally got Cookies right, I can't stop looking at them 😂 they are so perfect! Thank you so much for the recipe so well explained and measurements 🤗 Next time I'll add a tiny bit of Xanthan Gum for firmness 😉 I don't eat them because they way too sweet, would love to reduce the sugar in the recipe, but no idea how the other ingredients would measure. If anyone has any idea please let me know 😊
I did this however I never got as much dough as you and they did turn out a little too salty however they are still delicious! So I do recommend adding a little less salt :)
These tasted amazing! My cooking skills and ball rolling however is lacking 😂 perfect edges and soggy middles.. woops! Made the balls too big! Thanks for the recipe, this is my first attempt at gluten free baking since i became coeliac!
I tried these and they were spongy, almost like a cake, and extremely crumbly, not chewy at all. I wonder what I'm doing wrong and how I can prevent this next time 😅♥️
Is there any way that you can post the ingredients by cups and tablespoons please I don't understand the grams and I don't have a computer that I can look that up thank you
Is there anything that i could replace the sugar Becky? maybe coconit sugar or honey or maple syrup? My ibs cant deal with lactose, sugar, alcohool, gluten, fried and "healthy vegetables". lol, i am a weirdo..
These cookies were quite good only thing was that the dough had a grainy texture that might’ve been because I used rice flour since normal plain flour was gone from shops, anyone any tips to prevent grainy texture in bakes???
Try adding a very little bit of Xanthan Gum. Like the tip of a tea spoon. I'm going to try this next time, because it was certainly crumbly. The joys of gluten free flours 😅
My dough keeps coming out dry and crumbly. Doesn't roll into a nice ball 😭🤯 can't figure out what I'm missing when I try it. Is there anything I can add that could add moisture but not mess up the out come 🤤
I think it's a 'gluten free' flour; in her online post (where I originally found her recipe), she says that it's better to go for a 'blended' flour. I think she may have switched to making her own; but it will be a blend of flours, not one.
@@BeckyExcell I tried your recipe three times by now. Every time the result is perfect. I used to use another recipe and works some of the times it was a mess the other times. I really appreciated Becky.
hi, becky! looking delicious! ever add nuts? i did my last batch with chopped walnuts. hope you are doing well. as is mark & peggy! hanging on here - recently a friend passed away suddenly. trying to get by here. hugs! ~k
Oh, definitely try FREEE by Doves Farm gluten free flour first (I used it to make this recipe! Here's the link www.amazon.co.uk/Doves-Farm-Plain-Gluten-White/dp/B01B80FTXI/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=freee+by+doves+farm+flour&qid=1574940757&s=pantry&sr=8-3) You can find it in Tesco - but I believe that Sainsburys and Asda do their own brand gluten free flour in the free from too. Let me know if you still struggle to find it and I'll help any way I can ! x
Lol she's funny at the end of the video I will use normal choc chips, not dairy free. Her blue nails look good, and my nails are blue atm to lol, mermaid magic blue, my man painted them yesterday hehe. 💅😁
I made these cookies today.
I am always fail in baking but this one was perfect even in 1st try.
thumbs up

Love the gram measurements and the scale to weigh each cookie! I do this too. I am very particular about consistency 😊
I've tried out your cookie recipe like 4 times now perfect everytime and so delicious great recipe
Look amazing, will be trying these. Thank you
Just did this recipe and i only had brown sugar but they were still so damn delicious. Im so happy❤❤thank yy
Wow! I finally got Cookies right, I can't stop looking at them 😂 they are so perfect! Thank you so much for the recipe so well explained and measurements 🤗

I don't eat them because they way too sweet, would love to reduce the sugar in the recipe, but no idea how the other ingredients would measure. If anyone has any idea please let me know 😊
You can take off 20g from each sugar (so 80g each instead of 100g) and keep everything else the same ☺️
I did this however I never got as much dough as you and they did turn out a little too salty however they are still delicious! So I do recommend adding a little less salt :)
these look yummy. crisp AND chewy is my fave too
These are the best cookies ever!
Yes, I know - you ate them all!! x
Best recipe ever!! I've remade these cookies twice now and I just can't believe how yummy they are 😋
Oooh this is happening!!!! 😍 thanks for all your videos! Discovered your channel recently and I’ve been binge watching your videos 😂 hugs from Italy

Best recipe EVER 😍😍 THANK YOU !!🥰
These tasted amazing! My cooking skills and ball rolling however is lacking 😂 perfect edges and soggy middles.. woops! Made the balls too big! Thanks for the recipe, this is my first attempt at gluten free baking since i became coeliac!
Looks amazing. Nice easy recipe , will give it a try.
Made these. They were delicious. Thanks for sharing.
I tried these and they were spongy, almost like a cake, and extremely crumbly, not chewy at all. I wonder what I'm doing wrong and how I can prevent this next time 😅♥️
Maybe the flour check it's plain not self raising? I made that mistake before. Not an expert.
Thank you, I've just made these as I have struggled so much sticking to Gluten Free but I can say these will help. How long do these keep for?.
Awesome recipe
Can’t wait to make these and share them at work with some fellow ibs people 😁
Is it ok to make these without the brown sugar?
Yeah finally chocolate chips cookies 🍪😋
From Texas
Let me know if you need me to convert the measurements or anything! Hope you enjoy them x
Mmmm they look so big and delicious 🍪🤗
Can the gluten free flour be substituted for non gluten free flour? :)
I will be making these for my kiddos! Hugs from California ❤️
I hope they enjoy, let me know how it goes! x
I’m American. Do the conversions for me!! 😭😭

Finally find somebody like myself! 😁 all the store gluten free cookies are sweet! I wonder if we can reduce the amount of suger in this recepie!
For me it was too much flour. It mixed in well but the cookies were very bready. I read a good cookie ratio is 1:1:1 for fat sugar and flour
These cookies were quite good only thing was that the dough had a grainy texture that might’ve been because I used rice flour since normal plain flour was gone from shops, anyone any tips to prevent grainy texture in bakes???
Try using Doves Farm gluten free plain white flower.
Try adding a very little bit of Xanthan Gum. Like the tip of a tea spoon. I'm going to try this next time, because it was certainly crumbly. The joys of gluten free flours 😅
Which brand of gluten free flour are using
If you want brown dough and white choclate, is it only to change the chocolate and put in some cocoa? And how much cocoa then?
The measurements are a bit different to your book cookies, which recipe is best to use please?
Could you make the cookie dough and freeze it for another time?
My dough keeps coming out dry and crumbly. Doesn't roll into a nice ball 😭🤯 can't figure out what I'm missing when I try it. Is there anything I can add that could add moisture but not mess up the out come 🤤
What actual flour is that? Just something labeled “gluten free flour” or is it like almond or rice flour?
I think it's a 'gluten free' flour; in her online post (where I originally found her recipe), she says that it's better to go for a 'blended' flour.
I think she may have switched to making her own; but it will be a blend of flours, not one.
is this low fodmap too?
Hard to find a good gluten free choc chip cookie, these look good, never seen your chanel before
Can you use all purpose gluten free flour
An idiot here and I can assure, this works!
That makes two of us 😂

What is bicarbonate of soda??
Baking soda:)
What did you use plain flour or self rising flour?
It's plain flour; I'd found a post she made online.
She used plain flour; I'd originally found this recipe, via her online page.
These would be low fodmap as well would they?
Great recipe, unfortunately I'm struggling to get gluten free flour , can i use coconut flour instead, many thanks
I've tried coconut flour before and it doesn't work like regular gf flour! What country are you from? I can try and find an equivalent for you! x
I'm in UK, many thanks x
