ETH did very well last season. He needs to try dropping Rashford and Bruno when they're not performing. His downfall could be down to his unwillingness to rotate the squad.
Bruno shouldn't be dropped. He is our most reliable player. Some man utd fans haven't got a clue. Just support a different club if you're gonna have opinions that are more clueless than ones we get from rivals. Go suppot City, they're doing very well, owning Manchester atm. Leave United and us fans who truly see sense to ourselves
you can tell the insane amount of knowledge and experience this guy has just by listening to him, manchester united was way way better club when they had a true Leader like Zlatan in the team they let him go and dude goes to Milan Leads a young team to victory, if manchester united was smart they could have kept him in ANY ROLE just to be a Leader and keep everyone in Line huge Loss for Manchester to lose a Personality like Zlatan
Zlatan, that's real talk and very respectful to everyone he's talking about. I believe the coach is very good and needs to be given time. We haven't won the league in so but we've changed so many coaches. Its time we give the current man at least 3 to 4 years
This is by far one of the best analysis I have ever heard to describe the situation, United is in. I would argue, ten Haag is in a similar situation like arteta. He needs time to know, how to handle a club like United and with some years of experience, he could do a fantastic job. But as zlatan said, United has no time to give a manager time so it’s survival mode for him.
The impact on United and ac Milan he had when he joined was amazing,he brings the dressing room together, makes winning mentality ,jokes chill but also seriously focused during matches and remember Pogba was world class with this guy,he brings best out of others, look at the team of 2016 17 mid players but still won trophies.
Pogba was also a World class Diva after Zlatan left😂 I loved Zlatan at United but man I hated how some of the players thought they could have his ego without puttong in the work that he put into the game. The one thing I credit Zlatan the most about is the fact that in his head he was the best but he also showed why he believed he was the best. This United squad lacks this quality so much
They desperately need someone like him in the United team. A fearless no-nonsense winner and leader who holds everyone accountable and will speak their mind. United would be a completely different team if he was there.
Eeeeh they had one. Ronaldo. He got fired for wanting to win. 💀 They had the same problems even when Zlatan WAS there. One player won’t change anything.
Why is everyone surprised by Zlatan's analysis?? man was literally one of the best player of his generation of course he knows a thing or two more than the rest of us about football.
You can hear his discipline just from his voice, a man who has worked throughout his whole career, it’s obvious he knows what he is talking about and that’s what I respect from him.
"The small details makes the difference" "It's not the whole picture you see.... Because when things are good, there are still errors and problems but you don't see it because we are winning". This is what the majority of the fans and many of the media don't understand about football.

Manchester United fired Erik Ten Hag today. Looking back at this interview, it makes sense why the Dutchman couldn't fit at the club. He doesn't have the forte for this type of environment.
It is kindaa true, Man utd had similar problems last season too but winning games kinda papered over a lot of cracks they had, now they are not winning anymore but those problems are still there Ten Hag hasn't rectified it yet
Class act. Brings out a point that I think most fans and pundits ignore. Ajax is a superb academy, but United has starts that are under performing. Just think where united would have been if they sacked Fergie after a 2 years. Sometimes patience is required. This club wont be fixed by getting another coach in.
Respect to Zlatan for keeping it respectful to ETH and United. He is a legend. ETH needs time and patience he is a class manager. He didn’t handle the Cristiano issue the best that’s the only criticism you can give him. Anyone else talking nonsense about him knows nothing about football. Piers on Ronaldo’s side understandably but Ronaldo should have acted in a much more professional way instead of walking off the pitch and everything else, he even admitted that himself.
Ronaldo could not avoid being who he was built to be . And I say this not as go at his ego or as a ronaldo fan, as I as a benfica supporter dislike him - rather that he cannot avoid being portuguese, were many are warm headed , on the spot reaction type of individuals when they think they are being shafted. I lived enough years in portugal to have seen this type of reaction from kids to elderly folk , to guys in important positions. it is kind of built into the national DNA . kind of the same way Guardiola had a scuffle with cancelo that could easily be solved but did not since both Guardiola and Cancelo are emotion based. Or Mourinho and his never endings snipes , or Ricardo Sa Pinto that even punched and knocked down his own national coach, or Porto's head coach, that has 25 red cards as a coach, and i could just keep going on. ETH was probably not expecting ronaldo to come out banging on a tv interview - what overall was a bad decision, yet at the same time for someone that is not portuguese but lives in the country for 25 years, ronaldo's reaction and choice was not surprising. Had ETH tried to handle the thing in a less cold more warm manner things would end up being different. That said I am not sure if ETH will keep his position for long nor that he is the ideal for Man Utd. Some individuals can be class managers and still not be the proper cultural fit for a club.
@@Solrac-Siulinteresting to hear. Regarding the end of your comment, no man united manager is the right manager until the club as a whole will accept that they need to go thru a reset. ETH is the correct manager in my opinion IF the reset had taken place. Because of his experience with coaching younger talents. I’m not saying a younger talents= the reset. But it’s a part of the jigsaw puzzle.
But TH has not really showed his desire to use the academy reserve even last season when it was glaringly obvious he needed to rest the players. The same thing after beating Palace when he played a few youngsters that made a lot of difference to the whole team. He ignores the obvious, that is to rest the ineffective players like Rashford and play players who demonstrated they could easily play in the first team. That is one of my gripes with TH. Way too stubborn to change the system to get result. If he won’t be too rigid he might just find the right solutions to the problem.
Ronaldo was right. He's a winner he always wants to win. You can't expect a winner to get bench and saying start in last 3 minutes and expect him to act properly lol.
@@kssam8888But the way he walk away before the match ended, while his team are in the winning position (leading 2-0), everybodies happy, the team happy, fans happy, and he prefers to ruin all the happines just because of ego, just show how immature and childish he is, and continuing to distable the situation of the club by make an interviews and talking bad openly to the public about the manager and the club, is just show how unprofessional he is, its nothing to do with his winning mentality anymore, its more about his attitude and arrogancy

I thought he was an arrogant narcissist kinda person, absolutely changed my opinion about him after this interview. He's sensible and cool headed guy with no time for B.S.👏👏
ETH did very well last season. He needs to try dropping Rashford and Bruno when they're not performing. His downfall could be down to his unwillingness to rotate the squad.
That version of ETH was updated and this new version has 0 in-game management.
@@supersuede6493you have 0 ball knowledge
Bruno shouldn't be dropped. He is our most reliable player. Some man utd fans haven't got a clue. Just support a different club if you're gonna have opinions that are more clueless than ones we get from rivals. Go suppot City, they're doing very well, owning Manchester atm. Leave United and us fans who truly see sense to ourselves
@@Tedi652 drop rashford maybe but bruno creates lots of chance and our forwards doesn't finish it well.
@@Tedi652 support a different club, because I don't agree with your opinion? Grow up.
you can tell the insane amount of knowledge and experience this guy has just by listening to him, manchester united was way way better club when they had a true Leader like Zlatan in the team they let him go and dude goes to Milan Leads a young team to victory, if manchester united was smart they could have kept him in ANY ROLE just to be a Leader and keep everyone in Line huge Loss for Manchester to lose a Personality like Zlatan
You dont have speech because you are speechless...😂😂
yeah was sad when he left united.. sucks he got that injury
You forgot he went to MLS and tore it up and then went to Milan
Zlatan, that's real talk and very respectful to everyone he's talking about.
I believe the coach is very good and needs to be given time. We haven't won the league in so but we've changed so many coaches. Its time we give the current man at least 3 to 4 years
Piers tried so hard to make Zlatan slip and talk bad about United.
Zlatan didn't fall for that 😁
When Zlatan talk, they listen! Never seen Piers Morgan this calm, soft spoken and composed.
"The Small details make the difference"... Even on good times there are problems 🧠😍👏👏👏
I love how Zlatan says we need to win😪🥺 after all the club's he's been in United is still at heart💪🏽🔥
The difference is Arteta learned and gained experience first under pep, he's not exactly inexperienced to how the PL works. eth is
@@hanzalarafat466Eth gained experience under Pep but in the Bundesliga. He was assistant to Pep in Bayern Munich.
@@josephboateng4474 my bad I wasnt aware of that

I love how he handled the questions 🫶🫶
Why would you give a youngster like Zlatan this interview, he has his entire career ahead of him.

This United squad lacks this quality so much
@@msstry1 agreed
The face and the way he said "supposed to be big stars" sums all up the attitude of our players
Yeah the phrase supposed to be big stars is the one that got me,, I think he has a point there
Is the thing I came to the comment for. “Supposed to be”. Says it all.
Thats the problem in the Utd squad to be honest. Too many players acting like big stars but playing like shit. Getting the rot out takes a long time
This guy is insanely good at everything he does
They desperately need someone like him in the United team. A fearless no-nonsense winner and leader who holds everyone accountable and will speak their mind. United would be a completely different team if he was there.
Same with Milan
Eeeeh they had one. Ronaldo. He got fired for wanting to win. 💀 They had the same problems even when Zlatan WAS there. One player won’t change anything.

Why is everyone surprised by Zlatan's analysis?? man was literally one of the best player of his generation of course he knows a thing or two more than the rest of us about football.
When Zlatan talks Piers Morgan listens
The king

Leadership , this guy is what u call leadership
Piers was trying to welcome Zlatan onto the interview scene but in the end ended up being the guest
😂well said ...well said.
😂
Ibra is such an absolute genius, carefully and consciously making his points explicitly ❤
I love zlatan as a player and a sportsman. Pure class… from a United fan
You know the truth when you hear it. Zlatan is really on another level. Damn! What a man he is.
I like that Zlatan didn’t take the bait to be overly negative about Ten Hag. He speaks for himself and is being logical.
You can hear his discipline just from his voice, a man who has worked throughout his whole career, it’s obvious he knows what he is talking about and that’s what I respect from him.
The Lion indeed. Piers didn't dare to interrupt him. 🤣🤣
"The small details makes the difference"
"It's not the whole picture you see....
Because when things are good, there are still errors and problems but you don't see it because we are winning".
This is what the majority of the fans and many of the media don't understand about football.
That last bit he said was so true ya don’t see the errors because he was barely winning
When zlatan goes to an interview, it’s his interview
Thank u Zlatan for the Nice Words about our Hero eth who Made my club ajax worldclass.. we miss him
Then take him back to ajax…make ajax great again😂
@@DLSProplayer567 he is Welcome! But Im 100 sure if eth leaves man united now it will be a dumb mistake for manunited. Give him trust and support and believe me eth Will win a lot of prices for u.
@@ddd-ou8jwtrust me dude only people saying Ten Hag needs to leave are rival fans and the media. United fans so far believe in ETH. Piers is clutching at straws, Ronaldo clearly wanted out since before Ten Hag even signed and Sancho literally all Erik said when asked was “I didn’t select him due to training performances” that’s all, nothing bad and the media have painted it as something it’s not. Last season Pep said (rightly) that Philips was overweight yet no one at the time said you shouldn’t say that in public

I had never seen Zlatan in a serious mode ;) I like this version too!!
This was really nice from zlatan he knows what he was saying. He preached👀🔥. But piers Morgan was trying to make zlatan to say bad stuff about ten hag😢
Exactly the man is a clown. He did respect CR7 he walked out in a game anyone else would probably be sacked for doing that at a normal job what makes celebrities special
Manchester United fired Erik Ten Hag today. Looking back at this interview, it makes sense why the Dutchman couldn't fit at the club. He doesn't have the forte for this type of environment.
Zlatan is always well spoken. He was made for the internet before it was a thing.
You know its serious, when serious is zlatan
It is kindaa true, Man utd had similar problems last season too but winning games kinda papered over a lot of cracks they had, now they are not winning anymore but those problems are still there Ten Hag hasn't rectified it yet
Can’t believe Pierre Morgan’s got Interviewed by Zlatan . So lucky 🍀
Not many young footballers can answer the way he did.
Class act. Brings out a point that I think most fans and pundits ignore. Ajax is a superb academy, but United has starts that are under performing. Just think where united would have been if they sacked Fergie after a 2 years. Sometimes patience is required. This club wont be fixed by getting another coach in.
*PIERS MORGAN WAS TO SCARED TO INTERRUPT ZLATAN.*

Top respect for Zlatan here
thanks ibra... what a profesional
Always love it when Zlatan Interviews someone :D
That's just such a sensible and well-thought out reply from a proper legend and a superstar.

The real bad guy in both interviews with Zlatan and Cristiano is Piers Morgan actually. He's just trying to stir bad relatiinship with the person he's interviewing and the people he'a trying to get a story.
Wow at the end of the dialogue he really said "While you are winning you don't see the errors even if it is critical and large." That is a good one. Smart talking and a good man

Huge respect for Ibra's insight, somehow felt morgan was trying to steer those insights in favor of his narration which is pro CR7 and sancho. Even then Ibra doesnt get swayed and just lays it out without any bias.
