- This is a really easy & a quick Custard recipe.. when you need a Custard as a side dish for a dessert, you can make it with very few ingredients or else you can increase the amount of ingredients to make a bigger amount..I used this recipe in my marshmallow Pudding recipe to eat with it...

Ingredients:
Two large egg yolks (yolk not york in the video..oops)
1 1/4 Cups of whole milk
2 tbsp of sugar (or less as preferred)
1 tsp of vanilla extract

How do I know if it is at the right consistency? when it is not a bit runny?

Honestly I have not experienced this before. So I googled and read few articles about this & this is what I found. Apparently that happens due to a scientific reaction, formation of ferrous sulfide..Simply due to high heat this can happen to eggs, or cooking eggs for a long time on high heat. Here is a link for you to get some information and got to prevent it by happening again

How does thicken with no flour ?please explain prior waste the eggs and sugar and milk I noted the pot burn at the bottom by stir too much as wasn’t thicken with out flour
