If you like vinegary flavors with a kick of spice, and a nice gentle crunch, you'll like it. Of course, when you cook it in to stuff, it can make the vinegar taste more mild, but usually the vinegary is very pronounced
That cast iron tho... yours always looks so beautiful and seasoned before you begin cooking. I never use soap, I make sure to dry on the stove top with burner and slightly oil... but still doesn't look like yours! Do you have any tips or tricks on how to clean and treat your cast iron?!
I use a clean sponge with no soap and clean my cast iron with a ton of table salt. Wet the cast iron, scrub basic table salt into the cast iron, rinse with hot water, dry and heat on stove. Oil to season it.

I made this last night and did both arugula & spinach with a soy-sesame oil vinaigrette topped with plain raw tofu cubes (since the rest of the dish already had so much oomph), some pickled carrots & daikon radish, black n white sesame seed garnish.
The only thing missing from this video is the King of Potatoes Mississippi Vegan. I'm surprised he didn't poof in magically to Canada. Can't wait to try to make this, especially the sauce. 💜

Have you considered purchasing the shirt anyway, cutting out the logo and sewing it on to a plain tshirt you have? That way it would be customized for you! I'm on the other end of the spectrum and need kid's sizes and often have to pay double for clothes just to have a tailor size them down to fit me. As someone who has to buy shirts for large events, it's always hard to supply to all unique sizes, since it's always the really big or really tiny shirts that get leftover. -But maybe the patchwork idea might be a fun way for you to still have the shirts you want? I'm sure you have a better idea of what tshirts are comfiest for you too! :)

I tried this recipe today and it just didn’t work out, maybe I used the wrong potato? I couldn’t get the potato “dough” to be firm enough. 😩 So disappointed because they look delicious, Lauren! I will try again until I get it right.
If you are a lazy @ss like me (or potato cakes are your nemesis cause you always make them too large or they fall apart) - just put the mushroom filling, kimchi and sauce on some baked potato wedges / fries nacho style

I don't know what brand she uses. But it's really easy to make. I use this recipe. I trippled the paste ingredients so I had extra for future batches and just froze it. I replaced the persimmon with a sweetish variety of apple (pink lady). seonkyounglongest.com/vegan-kimchi/

sweet potato is generally a lot more wet so I wouldn't recommend it personally
