Meri dite kiya h mai batata hu 1:- water 5:30am 2:- chana soya badam kismis 6:30am 3:-bread pinat 8:00am 4:- 6 roti and dal & boile patao 3 pic 10:00am 5:- pomegranate juce 1 glass before zim 6:- 2 banana & milk after zym 7:- 8 roti dal& according to ruting panir ya kabhi rajma in night Kiya ye sahi hai
1-100 grams moongs give approx 25grams of protein 1-100 gram chana =19 gram proteon 1-50 grams peanut(momphalli)=20 grams eat it till 11 am with some milk and one roti or paratha morning done 2= Eat home food dal chawal anything 3=2banana 1 sppon peanut butter 2 tea scoop oats 2 almonds thats all make juice and eat 50 protein 4 at night eat paneer or chichen Aur anything u like Good bye thanks
