    Join me for the 28-day Head to Toe yoga challenge!     I spent most of my childhood toe-walking , and I still catch myself as an adult doing it occasionally , so this one was pretty easy for me , I could do it all day 😂. Stretching the front of the feet , well , that’s another story 😅Can’t wait for tomorrow’s practice . This challenge has been very helpful in so many ways! Thanks Jöelle! 🙏🌸

    I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis for MONTHS and I just did this yesterday for the first time and again today. The pain today was sooo much less a d I had a nearly pain free day yesterday after starting the day with this video. Thank you so much!

    I had to miss this one out, I’m so annoyed with myself! I fell down the stairs, bent my toes right back & one has literally split open at the back 🤮
    Just typical! I’ve absolutely loved the challenge…even with kittens helping me!

    Hello my lovely! I usually wear a soft ankle brace when I do yoga. Would you suggest taking it off when doing these sort of stretching/ strengthening exercises specifically targeted feet and ankles?

      Good question! It'd be best to speak to your doctor about this as I'm not sure the reasons behind why you're wearing an ankle brace in the first place and don't want to give you bad advice.

      @@YogawithJoelle really strange that I replied and my response has been deleted so I will try again haha! I can’t take up your suggestion because I brought an ankle compression of my own accord online! I know that compression sleeves weaken the joint with long-term use so that’s why I asked the question (which is hoping u feel a bit more comfortable answering now? 🙏🏾 )

      @@YogawithJoelle I had an injury when I was younger, like over 20 years ago lol. I’ve literally had no issues with my ankle until I got into yoga - there’s certain poses that I do that causes me ankle pain and that’s why I invested in an ankle compression brace of my own accord
