      I like to think their version would be a bit slower and heavier. Maybe in the same vein as "Run Through The Jungle"

    I’m struggling to put the uke down lately to be honest, but this could just do it! Unless of course you know a sick ukulele version? Rabbit hole indeed my friend. Great request by someone with exceptional taste in music

    • @RyanLendt
      @RyanLendt  5 років тому

      oh dang. i don't think there's any reason this can't be done on the uke. i'll investigate - the rabbit hole just might have gotten a little longer :)

    Based on my ears, I think both of my bootlegged versions are Version 2, interestingly.

    12/12/19. You might not be no fortunate son, but as of this writing, your likes to dislikes are 96 to 1.... The song is in the key of A but you start the song with an E chord( E is the 5th note of the A major scale), which makes this song in E mixolydian mode( mixolydian means 5th note of a key). E is the 5th note from the A Major scale, and the E chord starts the song which would normally start with an A chord because the song is in the key of A, but the song starts on the E chord(5th chord) of the key of A instead, therefore we say the song is in E mixolydian mode. Is my gibberish correct? Take care, Ryan.
    By the way, I just noticed in my recommended list of videos, one video is titled “Playing in every mode with one tiny scale shape”, and what’s really exciting is what’s -his-face is not in this recommended list! I’m not saying his name because then UA-cam intelligence sees his name, and then he pops up in my next 2,000 recommended lists. But you know whom I’m talking about.
    Edit Note: Oh wait, Dammit, he is in this recommended list but the thumbnail doesn’t show his mug in it. He’s the only one who shows up in EVERY one of my recommended lists and I haven’t watched a video from him in a long time!

      haha oh dang it - keep not saying his name and perhaps he will go away. or perhaps youtube can read your thoughts... and yes MM, your rant was on point :)
