He doesn't have Data about God. He only has Lore.

  • @simonodowd2119

Ah yes, the Gospel according to C.S. Lewis.

The thing with apologists is that they are not trying to convince the nonbelievers. They are trying to keep the doubters from facing reality by scaring them.

Imagine imagining imaginary characters weren't imaginary.

I don’t think Brian completely appreciates the enormous amount of scholarship it takes to become a yetiologist or understands the significant breakthrough that is the discovery of Bigfoot’s shoe size.

  • @OneEyed_Jack

    You mispronounced

  • @davebowman760

The very existence of apologists is proof their God does not exist

It is astonishing that these religious people can claim to know the unknown, without being laughed at. Christian leaders seem to get a free pass to make as many unsubstantiated assertions as they like. I would expect ridicule, if I claimed to be in psychic contact with invisible fairies from the backside of Uranus. But Christians can claim that the bible is the word of god, without getting laughed at for making an absurd claim.

I had a dear friend that became deeply embroiled in the Bigfoot scene. When ever he would regale me with tales of his furry imagined creature I would always ask "cool story, where's the body?" The same goes for the the religious apologists, cool story, where's the evidence?

The "Kalam oncological argument" had me rolling on the floor, just like "the comic skeptic"

Well done! Ref John Shelby Spong: The Bible was never meant to be taken literally.

I’m stealing the “refrain” bit. That’s just too good, and universally applicable!

  • @tommyvictorbuch6960

You look (and sound) fantastic for someone who got completely destroyed, I have to say.

  • @Dee.Murphy

I REALLY want you on the podcast I do with my daughter!😊

  • @printface4935

Flaming swords and flying chariots. Sounds super cool.

  • @janusatthegate6201

There is no evidence of anything real in any of the bible tales.

For the true facts on heaven and hell just watch 'The Good Place' with Kristen Bell and Ted Danson.
