Abandoned House

Built in 1998, this very run down house in Tarneit sits next to the Geelong-Melbourne rail line. The Gyprock wall was dated August 22nd, 1998.

Hope that isnt asbestos hanging from the roof. I do like the pre-smashed windows and the graffiti is always funny to read. Imagine kicking out a few of those props on leaving.....!

Being built in 1998, it wouldn't be asbestos as they stopped using that in houses by then. It's that fiberglass batt stuff (the look and colour gives it away). I always do avoid disturbing it as I'm sure the particles wouldn't be good (I usually have a face mask on when exploring anyway).
