I just went to Joe's concert in Chicago and it was probably the best night of my life. I've seen him once before, but he just took it to a whole new level then. The blues will live on forever :)

@@rhagedorn yeah, it was at the chicago theatre. idk if he's coming next year, but if he is it'll probably be at the same place. he usually plays in chicago around march/april time

@@christian-albrechtgroddeck3320 Yes, the other two are playing more from their fingers and doing a "solo" by the book but the energy is not there, when Walter is playing you are listening to the "story".
He is a great singer as well and sings with the GTR
@@SAGABIJO2 I know walter personly and meet him many times. He is a singer doin it the same way he plays his guitar, from the bottom of his heart. I have many respect and love for him.

I didn,t like joe,s playing when he was a kid ,, just licks!! Now he crafts solo,s with the best. He,s delved deep into how the guitar WAS played by the greats. An amp and a guitar,, plug in and play.

This is not blues but blues-rock. I love Joe Bonamassa when h’s playing Classic Blues but not blues-rock. Hè has good blues recordings.
