Doug is the reason why the Lodge's players never want to play in different poker rooms. And if they do, they often lose like Efen. Alex is the one never leave the Lodge because this place is like his ATM.

    The 700k pot in BB:
    Preflop Taras opens 5bb
    Doug 3! 17.5bb
    Alex 4! 50bb
    Doug 5! 150bb
    Alex Call
    Flop: Doug C bets 70bb
    Turn: Doug barrels 195bb
    River Doug shoves 465bb
    Result Doug loses 1750bb pot

Doug re-raises every hand preflop, and raises again when he gets re-raised even if it takes his whole stack. And he keeps getting his ass handed to him. I don't know when he came up with this brilliant strategy but I would probably rethink it at this point if I were him.

tbh like im not a doug fan or hater but he really needs to adjust his a4ss a5ss range against players like alex who will not only give action with the bottom of their range but always the top, so actually in theory especially out of pos you should just be calling to a 3 bet because 99% of the time alex isnt folding and ur going to be playing a larger pot out of POS against a sticky good player.

Doug is the biggest splasher on the table imo and Alex is targeting him for max value every time lol.

I like Doug, but he constantly loses to Alex with these punts. I'd love to be in Alex's shoes in these situations.

Alex is tough, but the badziakowski's, and Loeligers of the world would beat him really bad. Alex is a slightly less good Garrett. Still damn tough and very good, but he is not great. He'd get schooled by the true greats. Think Robl. Robl is without a doubt better. Doug is quite a bit better. Alex is a very tough player who is not afraid to get it in that's for sure.

Some of these players are so rude. People in huge pots and they're super loud about nothing basically. Rude, just rude.
