I don't think there is a poker player alive capable of folding a nut flush draw, I mean the commentators even said its a person with only one hand they could lose to, against a person with only 2 hands they could lose to... how the hell do you get away from that? Holy shit I can't even imagine the feeling of turning over a hand like that only to be met with Quads, I don't think I would ever play poker professionally again because I'd figure I must be the unluckiest person in the world. Only worse hand I've ever seen from an odds wise was that one incredible moment where it was a Royal Flush vs Quad Aces.

I've lost the 2nd highest hand you can have to the royal. I couldn't have lost with anything less and I did. It was beautiful to see the 2nd best hand lose to the royal flush. Luckily I didn't have as much to bet with, but I doubt anyone would have folded my hand. He needs to have A/K and I had 9/8, straight flush. If you ever thought you were going to fold, I want proof.

i'm an ivey fan. i had the same thing happen to me against an old lady at turningstone, i had the nut flush early but couldn't shake her in a limit game and she rivered quads. it was low level money but that's all i can afford.
I know this is probably the amature in me, but... (Ivy - Greenwood) I have the nut Flush versus a possible full house (88, A8, AQ, AJ, QQ, JJ) and they bet. I'd just call. If they don't have the full house any raise I make is going to induce a fold. No one is calling me with a set, or two pair, straight, or a weaker flush, I would think.
